tr_TR keyboard Special Char

I'm using the Zoho Assistant Standard Edition. I like it so much. Introducing my friends. However, I have a problem with keyboard usage.

I can pressing ALT GR + 4 type $ but this shortcut is does not work.  Instead, the file menu opens in the application (File>Open....).

I need to use alternative methot CTRL + ALT + 4 to type $ in the application. This technique is quite difficult for a staff member and disrupts habits.
 
The same problem also applies to the characters I specify below.

@, |, #, $, ½, {... etc.

I'm waiting for help on how to solve this problem.

You can add up to 100 computers per Technician subscription. They can also be accessed by your organization members.  My Computers  list in Zoho Assist home page will  always  display the online status of your unattended computers.
