Why is the csv.-display from my file in Zoho different in compare to Excel?

Why is the csv.-display from my file in Zoho different in compare to Excel?

Hello my dear community,

I hope, you can help me with my question.:)
Like  you see in my two attached pictures, the display is different, although, it is the same file.
With Zoho, everything is allright.
But in Excel, the display seems chaotic and I don´t know why.

Maybe, anybody knows the reason for this difference?
