How to filter the Bcc emails
Dear All, In the Settings field I can create filters which redirect the emails to the folders which I want. If I want to redict the Bcc emails which I receive what should I select? Because the dropdown menu does not contain the Bcc. I think that I have to select 'To' but I am not sure.

Zia Word Repitition Count & Document Word Targets
Hi, Just a couple of quick ideas...... Would it be possible for Zia to count word repitition when he/she/it does the grammar checks? Ignoring stop words like and/it/or/is but giving counts for repeated words. Are you thinking about offering a document word target option at all? Server action for POP3 "delete"
As a new user of Zoho mail I was surprised to find that there is no way to tell the server that when I delete mail from my Inbox (including Spam, if the option to present that to POP3 downloads is enabled) it doesn't actually get deleted from the server, just marked so that it is not presented to POP3 again as new mail. This requires the user to follow-up with IMAP or a browser logon to the Zoho mail server to actually get rid of the mail that was "deleted" wtih POP3. I hope that the developers

After a lead unsubscribes from an email in a workflow, what happens to the rest of the workflow?
I created a drip campaign in Campaign Workflows. We are sending it out to a specific group of leads. One person in the list appears to have unsubscribed to several of the emails in the drip. Shouldn't the first unsubscribe have stopped the rest from going to his/her inbox? Or is that something I need to add to the drip?
Can't connect Books to CRM Sandbox
Here is what I want to achieve - Generate test invoices against copies of test data. Here are the mountains I've had to climb so far. 1. There's no 'books' sandbox. You have to create a 'Trial'. OK. Created. 2. Possible to autofill leads fields from information in my company's db? Should not update leads fields just fill the fields when company is entered..
There are two different requirements in Create Lead: 1)As I keypress in Company field, it should suggest list of companies from my db.(Is it even possible?) 2)When the Company name is accepted, address and other information is to be fetched from my db and merely show up on the address and other fields and still be editable. I came across another poster with autofill query but the suggested code has updateRecord(). Does it just fill or update the full entry in zoho CRM lead database.

We have integrated Ninja forms from WP and it populates leads in Zoho. All good. However, if you use the same email a few times, you receive a confirmation but the lead does not go through. Is there a limit set somewhere?

Hi Team - I just noticed that there is a Review Process under Process Management. Do you have any documentation on this? There is no HELP on the page and I can't find any documentation on your knowledgebase. From what I can tell, we can create Review Process whenever a condition is met for modules. How is this different from Approval Process?
Domain already uses Gmail as email service
Hello, My business is a franchise and I don't have direct access to the domain. The company uses Gmail and I have my address IMAP'ed to sales inbox now, but I am told if I send an email from salesinbox its likely to go to spam VS sending from gmail directly. By sending directly from Gmail i'm loosing all the sales signals and analytics for open rates. Is there a way to authenticate the domain for my 2 email addresses without the entire franchise having to get off gmail? Thanks

I got really upset. I reffered Zoho to two contacts this year, both bought it. Great for Zoho, not really great for me. The referral bonus can be applied only for new users, not to existing subscriptions. Zoho logs me out as soon as I log in successfully.
I am able to log in to zoho successfully. And it does show my home page. But within a second or two it logs me out automatically. So I am unable to check my emails.

Restricting permissions to records based on reporting structure
I've found the Appraisal functionality to be a bit confusing and overkill for what we're trying to do - so I created three separate forms to try to capture a Self Appraisal, 360 Feedback (from any other team member) and a Manager Appraisal. The Self Appraisal and Manager Appraisal permissions will work fine as i can limit the visiblity to Subordinates and My Data to control who can see which records. However, for the 360 Feedback, a person from outside of a Manager's team will be providing feedback
