I got really upset. I reffered Zoho to two contacts this year, both bought it. Great for Zoho, not really great for me.
The referral bonus can be applied only for new users, not to existing subscriptions.
I asked, if they could apply it to my existing subscription, since I am not planning any new users in a near future. I received a negative answer.
So, what is the bonus actually for? Except the fact the I brought two new accounts to Zoho, I also provided them with support, hours of explanations and I also give them support if they need some advice with the set up of the system.
Zoho, this is really not fair .................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
