Create a Sales Order via Related List Button
Currently within the Deals module we have a button associated with the Products related list for creating a Quote. I am attempting to add a second button to create a Sales Order by modifying the custom function for the Quote button. The button opens the Sales Order module however, nothing populates the page and the ZOHO CRM in the of the page appears to loading. Deluge script to identify blank dates
Hi guys, I'm trying to add a script that says if a client relationship status is terminated i.e. changed to "N", that the date of the termination and a reason for the termination is included and if it is not entered then cancel submit. My problem is that if the if I put if(Status == "N" && Termination_date==""|| Reason == "" The script is rejected as it requires a date format, without the Date query the script works so all I need to figure out is there a work around for this?? Slow receiving email in Outlook 2019
Hi, I can receive emails almost instantly using my email client on my mobile phone (using either Gmail, TypeApp or Outlook mobile), but not with the Outlook 2016 or 2019 application on my laptops. If I check on Zoho Web-mail they are there instantly but not on the laptop , they can take anything up to 30 mins or more to arrive in the inbox. Please advise. thanks
Zoho Mail not working in Vivaldi 2.8 series
I've posted this on the Vivaldi forums as well. All Zoho services work in Vivaldi 2.8 series except for Zoho Mail, which does not get pass the loading page. Per the recommendation on Vivaldi's forum, I tried user-agent switcher but that did not work. Anyone have Zoho Mail working on Vivaldi 2.8 series?
Duplicate Emails
When checking my inbox on the web interface some of my emails are duplicated. This doesn't happen for all emails, but it does happen often. I will get two of the exact same emails. Is there a setting that might cause this? I'm not sure where to look since it isn't happening for all emails.

Hi Zoho, I'm trying to make sure that emails I send using Zoho mail are as unlikely to appear in people's Spam folders as possible and as such, when I test the reverse DNS for my emails I get the following message from the test-suite (mail-tester.com): Your IP address 31.186.226.248 is associated with the domain sender-of-o52.zoho.eu. Nevertheless your message appears to be sent from sender11-of-o52.zoho.eu. Is there anything that can be done at your end to remedy this problem? Many thanks, Andy

Dashboards is Not Reading CRM Info Properly
Is anyone else having an issue with the Dashboards module not reading the data properly...I run the same information in Reports, and it will read accurately, but when I create the same report in in Dashboards the information it shows is completely inaccurate. But if I create a Chart in Dashboards, and have it pull from a Report instead...then it's accurate. Anyone else having these issues?
How do I format a spreadsheet for easy import of advertiser leads to CRM?
Is there a template I can open in excel for easy uploading of an excel file to the CRM? I want to upload a large number of advertiser fields and can't figure out how to format the document so that Zoho can import it. I exported an excel file of a few pre-existing leads so I could use that format. We have many data fields, but only 10 are required for a lead to be saved. I own a Network Marketing business (MLM). Is it possible to use ZOHO for this type of business. My target market are individuals not companies. I would appreciate any input on this matter. Forwarding emails to existing thread being marked as PUBLIC
When an agent forwards an email thread to an existing ticket, that is supposed to be attached to the ticket thread as a private reply. Something recently broke and all emails that are forwarded to existing tickets are being made public. Zoho Booksで見積・受注・発注を管理し、Inventoryで在庫・発送管理を行っています。BooksとInventoryは連携させています（CRMも）。商品には輸送費と加工費（一部）が必要となので、請求書（控え）にこれらも登録し、商品と紐づけるために当該商品の請求書（控え）に輸送費と加工費の請求書（控え）をLanding Cost（陸揚費用）として割り当てています。 Booksの棚卸評価レポートですと、在庫商品毎に在庫数量と商品原価＋商品輸送費＋商品加工費の合計が出るのですが、会計上の必要性から、この３つの費用を分けた表を作成しようとしています。つまり、 商品A：在庫数量、在庫分の商品原価の合計、在庫分の商品輸送費の合計、在庫分の商品加工費の合計 商品B：在庫数量、在庫分の商品原価の合計、在庫分の商品輸送費の合計、在庫分の商品加工費の合計 商品C：在庫数量、在庫分の商品原価の合計、在庫分の商品輸送費の合計、在庫分の商品加工費の合計 （以下続く） という表を作成しようとAnalyticsでやってみているのですが、Landing CostがBooks→Analyticsに行かない（Booksの連携設定に見当たらない）みたいで迷宮に迷い込んでしまいました。

Image size within notebook
How to have images uploaded into or pasted to notebook show up as larger size? Currently it appears that it reduces images to thumbnail size which is hard to see, it does not make sense to have such small images on opened notebook and you dont want to go into the image to see the full size and leave all the text behind. How do i get the images to show up as larger size in the note body?
