Subscriptionsでプラン変更をした時の計算ロジックについて
請求サイクルが1ヶ月のとき、月の途中でプラン変更をした場合（プランのアップグレード、ダウングレードのとき）、どのように計算されるのでしょうか？ 日割り計算のタイミングが知りたいです。 また、月に３回以上変更できないような制限とかはあるのでしょうか？ それを記載したドキュメントはありますか？ よろしくお願いします。
ZohoCRMのキャンペーンタブの親キャンペーンの使い道
とあるお客様のCRM上で、キャンペーンタブ使って、ざっくりとした収益計算をさせてみようと思い 、いろいろいじっているところです。 広告費などの費用配賦を商談ごとに行わず、キャンペーンに項目を追加して収益を計算させるイメージです。 Zohoアナリティクスでやれという話はあるかと思いますが、まぁ機能検証を兼ねてということで。 検証の中で、少し前から気づいたら追加されていたキャンペーンの階層（親子関係の指定）が使えるかもと思って試してみたのですが、単に親子関係が決まるだけで、レポートでも親キャンペーンを指定した絞り込みもできず、使い道がいまいち理解できません。（Zohoアナリティクス側では未検証です） ヘルプ（ https://www.zoho.com/jp/crm/help/campaigns/create-campaigns.html#Hierarchy ) には 【注：この機能は段階的にリリースされており、まもなくご利用いただけるようになります。】 みたいな文言もあるので、今後機能が追加されていくのかなとは勝手に期待はしているのですが、キャンペーンの親子関係をすでに有効に使っている方はいらっしゃいますか？

１からカスタムタブを作るとします。 よくあるレイアウトで、見積もりのレイアウト中に見積もり行を入力するもとのします。 リレーショナルデータベースのセオリーで考えると、「見積もり」と、「見積もり明細行」というタブをそれぞれ作り、１対多の関係で表示するかと思います。 サブフォームなんですが、見積もりに表示されているサブフォームで、見積もり明細行のフィールドデータを表示させるには、どのようにすれば良いのでしょうか？ 何をもってリレーションを定義するのか？（１つルックアップを作るのか） 明細行のフィールドの値は、カスタム関数で記述しなければならないのでしょうか？ なども含めて、教えてください。

Outgoing E-mails Going to Recipients' Spam Folder
This started happening about a month ago and have been reading forum posts to try to figure out the problem. As near as I can tell it's related to the DKIM and DMARC settings. I have carefully made sure the DKIM records are correct, but http://www.isnotspam.com/ continues to show that the DKIM can't be trusted. I use GoDaddy for a domain host which is perhaps relevant as my e-mail shows the domain not the zoho address. Kind of at a loss at this point and would appreciate help.

Cannot View My Own Table
Hello, I created a workspace and inside a dashboard with some charts, etc. I provided a data source from a CSV file on my computer. Now, when I go back in to try to view what I created or modify anything, it says that I do not have permission to view (picture attached). The only thing I changed was after creating my workspace was I updated my email address and name, did that somehow revoke all of my permissions for my own content? Thanks!
Synchronization between IOS and Windows 10 versions
Hello, I just installed the ZOHO Notebook application and was hoping to have a seamless synching note taking app betwene IOS and 2 Win10 laptops. I moved notes form another app to Notebook on IOS and installed on the 2 windows machines. At first it seemed to synch well but after migrating some notes from Everynote the win10 app behaves not as it should. I tried manual synching on several occasions. I noticed on the invoice template Zoho uses for their subscriptions the description under each item includes the plan name, payment duration, start and end date for the billing period, and number of users licensed (example shown below). Please consider updating the Zoho Commerce product page by adding some nice screenshots of online store examples. The product page has a lot of info but no visuals to communicate what the product does. This is the only visual I see. Show us some store pages with a bunch of products, filtering options etc. :-)!

Hello, Currently when a customer places an order on Zoho Commerce, the order comes over to Zoho Inventory but I am unable to edit the Ship Date. Is there a way to add an estimated ship date to the order either in Commerce or Inventory? Optimally our customer could select their desired ship date when they place their order - is this possible? Creation of Code for Self-Client is down
Hi, there is currently something broken with the creation of self-clients in the developer console of Zoho. When I click on "Show code" nothing happens. I looked in the developer console of Chrome and found that the POST Request to https://accounts.zoho.com/oauth/v2/self/token/generate is throwing a 400 status every time I click on the button. Enduser cant create account, neither can we for them.
Hello community, When a user tries to create an account on zohodesk, the request is rejected and an error is produced stating to try again. When we try to create an account for the end user internally, we get the following 'some error has occurred', screenshot attached. The helpful error message is very helpful..... What can be done about this, is the users domain somehow blacklisted by zoho? I cannot share the users details but the domain they are using is hughes.net
