Asset Value in ZOHO inventory valuation report
Hi there, I would like to know how does calculate the unit cost when we purchase an item and receive it from a bill. Below is an example we have question with. As of 18th Sep, we have 7 qty remaining for item A with unit value $7.59. We purchased 20 qty more, and received in stock from bill 9119T92726 part1, on 19th Sep. The unit purchase value recorded on the invoice is $12.61, however the unit cost in inventory valuation report shows $8.716. Please could you advise how does the zoho calculate
Outgoing SMTP and WebMail mail limits
Hello, I have searched for outgoing mail limits in Zoho mail, but I have not succeeded to get a clear answer. After looking at different (old) posts I have read different limits, like 500 per organization or 200 x number of users. But I am not sure if they apply to WebMail, CRM, SMTP, or to all of them. So I would like to know daily limits for WebMail and SMTP for "free" and "paid" plans, and what happens when the limits are exceeded. Thanks a lot
Chain Campaign and Automation set for the first Campaign
Goodmorning, I set two different chain campaigns (one for the opens and one for the unopens) for a campaign I send that has an automation (the automation is an email for those who clicks on a link that is presents in both the chain campaigns). When I will send the two chains campaign, will the automation related to the first send be active also for the two chain campaigns? If not how can I set the automation? In the automation responders i don't see my two chaing campaigns to set an automation.

I'm looking to try and recreate how Zoho seems to have feed data from their CRM to the front of their website to display contact info in a card format https://www.zoho.com/crm/consultants/?src=ft I also like how the read more takes you to the contact page that displays more information for that specific person Anyone have any idea how Zoho did this? Workflows on encrypted fields
I want to workflow that checks whether my bank details fields (which are encryted) are empty or not. Unfortunately, encrypted fields don't seem to appear in workflow rules. I can understand not wanting workflows based on underlying values of an encrypted field, but seems a bit strange to stop verifying whether empty. Has anyone got any ideas on a way to get around this? Is this a feature that anyone else would find useful?

Although a form name can be changed, that doesn't affect the permalink attached to it. How do you regenerate the permalink so it includes the current name of a form?
Outgoing mail giving me 'incorrect password' error
I am able to receive email on my MacBook Pro, but cannot reply or send without receiving the password error. Is this an issue with two-factor authentication? If I create an Account Specific password for the laptop, will this affect my other devices and give me login errors for them? (iMac desktop and iPhone, both of which seem to be working)?

Updating a Task w/Workflow Rules trigger via a Custom Function
I have a function that is trigger by a workflow rule responding to an create/edit of an event. If the event meet the specified criteria, a specific task belonging to the same contact needs to be updated as being completed. When the task is completed manually, a workflow rule is triggered that performs additional actions. I understand that in Zoho CRM, an update to an entity from a workflow rule action does not trigger the workflow rule on the entity that was updated. I've read here in the community

Building custom reports
I am new to ZOHO and looking to purchase it. I have a sales team and I want to do a number of things. I currently using the demo. 1. I want to calculate the total value of each sale which requires a formula. A sale could have a value of a $100 for three years. So I want to say $100 X 36 = $3,600. Change Taxes after Expense report was approved or reimbursed ?
Hi There, When I started the company last year, some of the taxes in Zoho books were setup incorrectly. By the end of the year, my Zoho accountant told me that some of the taxes needed to be corrected in order to reflect the proper calculation and distribution for the tax accounts to the right agency. 2 taxes that were used had a single rate instead of a tax group, thus the values aren't report correctly to the 2 agencies (Revenue Canada & Province of Quebec). Tickets being opened in Help Center are not sending description to ticket.
We have suddenly in all of our departments started receiving tickets where customer entered a description and the description does not get submitted to the ticket. Only a subject. These are tickets submitted from the help desk. When we contact customer they are saying the did enter details and they don't know why the ticket didn't get submitted. Are other customers suddenly experiencing this issue?
VOIP Integration
I'm hoping someone here has some experience with using VOIP integration with ZOHO and can send a recommendation my way. I'm looking to sign up for a voip service that can integrate with zoho crm. One of the main features I would love to have is the ability to choose from which phone number I want to call a lead from the CRM. Basically one user can cover many different areas and we want to be able to call from a local number.. so is there any service that would allow me to select the outgoing number
Sales Inbox and Email opened incorrect
Zoho you need to fix a major issue When using Sales Inbox and viewing unopened emails IF i click on the email that was sent to the person and is unopened it then shows as opened in sales signals.,. Meaning the opened email i viewed from me to them shows up in sales signal as opened by the recipient when in fact i opened it. Surely this is not the first complaint re this. This needs to be fixed immediately as its a false representation of the feature and service we are promised. The below screen shot
