Contacts syncing partialy
I have a strange problem with contacts active sync on MUIU 10 /Redmi 7A. I've configured Exchange account and calendars sync as they should, but out of my 600+ contacts only about 150 are actually shown in mobile's conracst. I've tryed to monitor the app via logcat, but no error is thrown, so i'm baffled?
Only Show Notifications for Current User
In Zoho Desk, Notifications pop up any time any user does anything. For our support agents, we don't want them getting these distracting browser notifications all day long. How do we change Zoho Desk so that the browser notifications only display information for the specific logged in user, and not every notification about every user?
Get all the tickets in a custom View where modifiedTime is greater than 1 day
Hi, My issue is that I need to retrieve all tickets in a View that the modified time is more than a 1 day for example. With the search tickets Api I can't filter by viewId. and with https://support.zoho.com/support/APIDocument.do#Tickets_Listalltickets I can't filter using for example the Param Name modifiedTimeRange How can I achieve this? Table messed up
Somehow through lagging I ended up with the table being "under the border" to the left side, so I can't access it in any way or select any tables there. Is there any way to go back in revisions on a draft or revert the table to normal size?
Creator App details not saving in CRM
I have had a creator app made to create quotes for vehicles using an API to return vehicle data. It is NOT saving these quotes into Zoho CRM (Quotes). I have an error message appearing and need some advice on how to repair this and if I need to do anything over and above to have the quote put into CRM (do additional fields need to be added etc):
New Address Field - Have you tried it???
At the Zoholics conference in Pleasanton a few months ago it was announced that there would be a new Address field. Instead of using multiple fileds for address, city, etc. this would be an all encompassing field that would allow you to enter all of the info in one place. Has anyone used this yet? If so, how do you access it? I'd like to try testing it out with my app.
"There is no disk in the drive..." (solved)
When I try to connect to one particular computer (Windows 8) that has Unattended Access installed on it, the remote computer has a box that pops up on its screen saying: [ZMAgent.exe - No Disk] X There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive D:. I have to have someone at the remote computer click on Cancel or Continue before my Zoho Assist finally connects to that computer. zoho blocks a few of my emails if sent using pop but same work if I use zoho's web based email interface. What gives? These are personal emails to real world business, no spam or mass mailings. More specifically, I am able to use thunderbird client / POP for almost all email sends but I get the following rejection on some. If I send the very send email via web, it works. Hi, In the opportunities, we fill in a rebate. As the opportunity is linked to a product, is it possible in the form editor to have basically opportunity.amount = product.price - opportunity.rebate. I found that I can add a formula custom filed but : 1. I cannot find how to fetch the product's price 2. I'm not sure that the resulting value can be written to opportunity.amount. Invoice
Hello! a have a question. There are some situations when after invoice sent and money piad something goes wrong. This leads to changes in overall price. For example: I sent my customer an invoice with the total price 2000$ and he paid it. After this my customer tells me that delivery is his responsability, and the price is going to be 1800$ but he already paid 2000$. How can I change my invoice or somehow make a note about this overpayment in ZOHO? Maybe somehow count it in future invoices for this

I am using some services online, where i didnt get email confirmation mails from. they simply would never arrive at zoho. I then used my gmail email address instead. I always accepted this weird issue with zoho mail. Fetch Last Record for Specific Form Entry ID
I am having an issue retrieving only the last record for a specific form entry. I have a form named Morning Report. Users select their project from a lookup in the form to populate a new entry specific to a particular project for updates. When they select the specific project, I need the form to auto populate the last entries of some of the form from that specific project. Right now, if another user enters in another project, the form pulls the last entries from the last entry no matter the project.
