CRM Activities Kanban View Question
Customer Activities are: "Lists the tasks/events/calls associated to the customers (deals that are won and closed)." What do you do if you've imported a thousand customers? How do I get them to show up in the "Customer Activities" section instead of the "Other Activities" section? Thanks
Mobile CRM- task view not correct
Hi we have a task view on our desktop which we use as a daybook and it is filtered to show only tasks that have daybook written in and status is not closed. It works great. The problem is that on the phone it shows closed daybook tasks as well. Plus the big problem is the speed, sometimes it can take hours before we see the task when we are mobile which is a problem as tasks drive most companies. Any ideas p[lease.

Search all lookup field
We have just migrated from Insightly to Zoho Recruit, I think Recruit is a great application! The only functionality I lack from Insightly is a quick instant generic search field that will search all tabs. If I want to search for a person in Recruit I have to point to the magnifier (to the right) and then turn to the other side and change the tab to All (since I am not sure if it is a Contact or Candidate), put the cursor on the search field, erase the old text and type what I want to search for.
Open many notes at the same time
Please please please add functionality to open multiple notes at the same time. It is very time consuming to collect ideas from multiple places. It would improve my workflow so much if I can open the multiple ideas that are involved in the concept that I am building at the same time.
Problem setting SPF record in WHM Edit DNS Zone
WHM won't let me use @ when trying to specify my SPF record. It was mysite.com., where there is a period at the end. I tried @, but then get this error message: "Unable to parse zone: Contains a malformed DNS label: @" I tried blank, but that just copied the text from the previous line, which was ftp. So, currently I cannot set up my SPF record. Anyone else with this issue or a solution?
Launch Stuck "On your way to Zoho CRM ..."
After installing ZoHo CRM and clicking the Launch button the screen continues to display "On your way to Zoho CRM" never moves past this point.
Notebook on Mac, Catalina - no sharing extension
Since installing the Catalina public beta, the sharing extension has vanished. System Prefs has Today and Quicklook options for Notebook but there's no way to savefrom Safari to Notebook anymore

Hello! Is it possible and if how, to write to a write protected field? In the CRM there is a field marked as write protected and that protection can only be lifted by administrators. Certificate not secure
Hi, We're using the Samsung email app on Android, using the Exchange support. Today we're getting a popup 'Certificate not secure for 'email address''. When we view the certificate the common name is for ubnt and Ubiquiti Networks inc. The certificate expired 29/04/2018. We're not using Ubiquiti network gear here. We get the same error if we use WiFi or 4G. Any ideas? Cheers

Hi, I recently changes my DNS. This has disconnected my emails. When I log into my cPanel to change the CNAME the pop up box asks for 2 things 'nam' and 'CNAME'. I cannot just add the CNAME 'zmverify.zoho.com' without adding the 'name'. From my research it looks as though I need my zb***** code. Can you provide this or let me how I can fix this problem. Hello, Upon performing a POST request to the Zoho Creator REST API (Add Records), a response object is sent back to me which contains an ID field.
