Workflow rule updates fields value after delay
Hello. I have a workflow rule which is triggered after record create/update. Workflow rule calls a function which is doing some calculations and then updates fields value. The problem is that after I edit a record the fields value is updated after a small delay. So I have to wait a little and then refresh a record to see changes. Is there any way to avoid that waiting/refreshing?

How to trigger Workflow when an Email is added to a Deal?
We're using the Outlook plugin to add relevant emails to Deals. I'd like to write a Workflow that triggers when an email is added to the Deal, allowing me to update a specific Deal field as a result. But there's no Field Update trigger for Emails within Deal workflow. Neither can I trigger based on Email workflow as that only allows me to trigger based on the email message itself (and so I can't update the Deal record that it's attached too). Hi, I would like to create reports or dashboards so I can see where time is being spent by Agents, but also by customer, and by categories created with custom views. I would like to be able to get an overview of day, week, month, year but be able to drill down if need to look into cases that have taken a large amount of time etc. Does this functionality already exist? A dashboard would be great but a report would do, currently getting a bit lost in the custom setup

Zoho CRM & Zoho Books integration - barely useful?
we are looking to switch to zoho crm & zoho books but the integration seems really awkward and barely useful. I can only sync Contacts OR Accounts OR Accounts and their contacts? I have some contacts without an account and some that need to be associated with an account and I'm not sure why we can't have both sync? Adding SubForm rows via script
I am having a hard time figuring out if this is possible or not to add rows to a subform through script. What I want to be able to do is have a stateless form where I indicate the record to be updated and the record to be updated from. It works fine for all of the info I want to duplicate expect for the subform data. The subform are bidirectionally linked to the main forms, but I can't figure out a way to add them to the record getting the duped data. I would love some help. -- Gabe

Is there a way to set a Default Layout in the Help Center/Customer Portal? I know customers can update that themselves if they want, but I'd like to set a default. I don't like how the form is on the right with all that empty space to the left. I'd like the actual form to be on the left and the "sidebar" to be on the right by default. See attached images

Can't Turn Off Group Notifications
Every time the moderator adds an event to the calendar I am getting an email. This is unnecessary and it is clogging up my inbox. How do I opt out of these notifications?
Calendar malfunction
It has been a few day now that my calendar is not working. It started that I could not look into the future to schedule appointments. Now I can not even load this week. The page continually tries to load and nothing ever happens. My whole work schedule is on this calendar. Please help.

iOS 12 ActiveSync Calendar Issues
We use ActiveSync for our Zoho accounts on iOS. Since the release of iOS 12, calendar events are visible, but cannot be edited/moved in any way in the iOS calendar. Contacted Apple and after several hours of troubleshooting, they identified the problem to be with Zoho specifically. Any information or help would be appreciated. Thanks, Ryan
CalDAV Syncronization not working
When I go into calDAV Synchronize, it shows my calendar, but there is not check box to select it. in my IOS device it says " Cannot Connect Using SSL". It ahd been working until recently.

Sharing a Group calendar via HTML has wrong time
I have a group calendar and have created an event for 1pm. The timezone is Europe/London (GMT+1). If I share this calendar via HTML, the event is showing as being at 12pm, not 1pm.

Hi, I shared a personal calendar a contact. He has manager permissions on it. He received the email notifying that a calendar is shared. But he cannot see it in his calendars. With 2 others contacts, it seems sharing the calnedar worked BUT they cannot syn them using Zoho CalcSync for Android. Any chance to receive a little help?

Automatically migrating graphs and charts to external website
Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to have graphs and data automatically migrate to an external website? Is this something Zapier can do? I want a place my clients can login to and see their reports. I would prefer not want to have my clients have to sign up with a Zoho email to access the reports straight in Analytics. Scammers are still able to send me email with old alias
So my old email alias got used up by scammers and now they have it, sending me spam mail. I deleted it a long time ago, I know it doesn't work because no program or even gmail is saying the old alias still alive, you can't send an email on it. However I still getting spam mails from these scammers. Navigation between divs always loads the whole html page
I would like to create an html page in ZC5 in which I will have 2 buttons and 2 divs. When I click the first button it will navigate to the 1st div and when I click the 2nd button then to the 2nd div (in the same page). Zoho CRM integration with QB Online FOR MAC
It appears that the instructions for CRM-Quickbooks Online integration are for Windows only. Since the QB Online version is obviously web-based, that doesn't make sense. Is there a web-based integration that works on Mac?
Lost a whole day's work due to syncing problem
It's been a few weeks since I've started to use the app. Today I've taken notes, written tonnes of things on my iPad and when I switched to my mac, I opened the app on my mac and saw the new notes were not there, so I clicked on "sync now" and guess what happened... nothing happened on my mac and when I checked my iPad I saw the new notes had disappeared, meaning I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING I WROTE THE WHOLE DAY!!!

I am trying to do a lookup from one to the other but when I drag the Lookup field onto the form and it pops up the available form options, my new form is not there.
