Zoho People: creating rules for meal breaks
I am trying to find a work-around to the limitation of not being able to restrict an employee from clocking back in from a meal break less than a specified time (30-min). The current option is to record a 30-min meal break automatically for each employee, but this is illegal in California. Anyone know how to set restrictions on meal breaks to a minimum time?

Hello- I've tried everything I can think of. Created a pretty basic template. The order is correct in the project template, but when I create a project, the order is strange. ZOHO CRM API returns 204 for request then after a period of time it returns 200
As the title says, we have an application in which we need to save data to ZOHO, then edit it but it sometimes it takes 1 - 2 minutes for it to return the object in question, until then we get 204 response for every query. Has anyone encountered this before?
Add leads via API without subscription
Hello there, I am testing marketing hub right now and currently I use Mautic / Hubspot for some business / personal marketing flows I have. I would like to use marketing hub for an onboarding process, sending the user email and other custom fields via API. Curently, the only endpoint I found would be "Subscribe". But Since this is for transactional in-app onboarding, I believe having to accept the confirmation email wouldn't be ideal. Any ideas on how to achieve that?

Notify agents that a new ticket has not been responded to after a certain amount of time
In attempts to keep our first response times low I would like to setup a notification through the Zoho Desk notifications or Slack channel (once that feature is available) if a new support ticket has not been responded to after 30 minutes to notify the agents that there is a ticket awaiting a response. I've seen that there's a way to notify of all incoming tickets but I only want to notify if a ticket sits for 30 minutes without a response. Is there a way to do this?
Can't access scrollbar in slides list column
How do I get the scrollbar on the left-hand slides list column to show? It is incredibly thin and continually disappears. Resizing the columns (between the slides list column and the workspace) occasionally causes the scrollbar to show again, but often, I simply have NO scrollbar at all. This means I cannot access all the slides. As much as I am loving Zoho Show, this is making it incredible difficult to use. Please advise. A keyboard shortcut would be a fine alternative. Thank you. Highlighted text does not wrap correctly on iOS.
Just an observation. I've noticed if I format some text to put a background color behind it, that highlighted text does not wrap correctly on my iOS iPhone 7 Plus or iPad Pro apps. On those the line breaks often occur in the middle of words. The same text when viewed with my computer on the web is fine. All in all I just love Notebook. :) John

How to turn off Outlook and open email hyperlinks in Zoho email editor
In CRM, Contacts view, I have a hyperlinked field for the email of the contact. I would like to be able to click on that hyperlink, and open a new email in CRM (prompt for template). Right now, Outlook assumes control when I click email hyperlinks, so 10 demerits to MS for bad behavior. I don't want or need Microsoft Outlook and will never regret the day I left. Anyway.... The Zoho plugin simply gives me: "Zoho Business Plugin You seem to have entered an invalid username or password. Please try again." Bug: Date-picker Popup fails to open on Message Reminder (via chat bar)
When I try set a reminder on a message I've received via chat bar (Cliq) in CRM the reminder date / time picker icon does not work. It should open a popup window with a date / time selector but it doesn't. Image attached. I've tested this in Safari 12.1.1 and Chrome 76.0.3 and neither work.

Checking to see if information provided, results in a query
Below is my code for searching for a ticket - if the customer provided the ticket number and the email used it will return the ticket number and the status. What I would like to do is, verify that the information the customer entered matches what is on the ticket, and then return the result. If it doesn't match then give an error stating, Our system was not able to find a ticket with the information provided. I just set up Zoho CRM with Google calendar sync. It seems to only pick up brand new appointments I create moving forward. Is there anyway to have it sync over the existing appointments I have in my Zoho CRM calendar?

Possible to share tickets between two Desk setups?
We source some of our hardware via a distributor, who handles all warranty claims for those products. It turns out they are also using Desk for their own tickets. Since we both use Desk, is there some way we can pass a ticket along from our Desk to theirs? For example, if one of our customers makes a warranty claim to us but it involves their product, can we send them the customer's ticket instead of filling another out ourselves?
