I've created Assignment rules that I believe trigger in order of how they are listed - is that correct? Is there a way to re-order those rules and move 1 above another?

Save files directly to account
We do a lot of work that generates spreedsheets and pdf for clients. Right not we save it onto computer then upload to CRM. I there a way that we can save this directly into the account saving the step?

User unfriendly interface
I still can't understand why you changed to this new email format as the user interface is so unfriendly. It was great before. For example, when I want to "reply", why do I have to hunt around the screen for a teeny tiny little arrow? There should be a big bold tab that clearly says REPLY. Not a tiny little flim flam of a crooked arrow. You have this huge screen to use after all. Why don't we make life better for each other when it is easily possible? Email issues
Hi, I am having two issues with emails, the first one is that not all emails are being synced down to my mobile app and have to go to the web portal to view them some are spam but want them downloaded as some are false positives. Second I am not receiving all email and think there is a routing issue, the main ones I am noticing are password reset emails which are going missing, my email is not on any black lists and cant see any errors. Can anyone please help?
Regarding authorization process
I am using Zoho desk api. I am making the authorization process. Super-admin quarantined spam page not working, gives an "Oops!" error
For the last day or two, the quarantined spam page on my super-admin control-panel shows "Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later" either immediately on entry or after refreshing the page, and also doesn't show any spam messages (see attached screenshot). I've tried logging out, clearing my cache and cookies, using a different browser (Edge rather than Chrome), and even using a different PC, but nothing fixes it. I don't get very much quarantined spam (I reject most of it) so it's not a major

It was easy for me to record Mileage expense in android Phone as it had options to add mileage along with the Record Expense Menu. While the same was not available in iPhone. adding continuous additional table
My question is that , suppose while sending mail I added some tables in my compose page .. Say 5 rows and 5 columns. I started to enter my data inside the tables. Later I need to add another few rows as a continuation of the existing tables. When I do like this , a gap occurs in between the newly inserted row and the previously inserted set of tables. ( check attached Picture for better understanding) . Question is how to get rid of gap ? Need the additional table as a continuation without any gap.
