CRM - Copy data from Single Line to Lookup Field
I'm using a zoho form I created to add data into our CRM. Public forms do not allow access to lookup fields (as far as I can tell), so I want to be able to associate it in the CRM with a script. I'm able to copy a single line field into another single line field without an issue, however I cannot figure out how to copy it into a lookup field (not sure if this is even possible). I want to make use of ZohoMail as often as possible, but Google Chrome always opens Outlook whenever I click an email-field inside ZohoCRM. I've created a formula field to calculate Commission payable on a Potential , this portion works find. (${Potentials.Amount}*0.05)+ (${Potentials.Year 2 Expected Revenue}*0.02)+ (${Potentials.Year 3 Expected Revenue}*0.02) However when I try to add a 'IF' condition to calculate a final piece I get an error message that I do not understand. Hi, I'd like to know how to automatically log conversation and create contact in Zoho CRM while replying to an email. I used to use Hubspot as a CRM before Zoho and one of the coolest features was to add your hubspot CRM BCC address into BCC field that would automatically create new contact and log the email conversation accordingly. I am expecting something similar or else no use to pay for the CRM.

Patch command in zoho Creator ?
Is there any alternative of Patch command available in deluge / zoho creator. since only getUrl & postUrl functions are available to call any Rest API in deluge. and i have to Update data in a google spreadsheet using this API https://sheetsu.com/docs#patch provided by sheetsu which needs patch command to call that api to update records. Sending email notification upon successful submission of data does not work
Hi All I have some scripts under the on success of the form being submitted through Zoho Creator. Please note that the 'Cascaded_To' field is actually names of users with email addressees. I would like email notification be sent to the user being selected in the 'Cascaded_To' field. The data is successfully submitted through the form. However there is no email notification to the user being selected in the 'Cascaded_To' field including other email addresses specified in the 'To' in the sendmail
Slow receiving mails!!!!
I need help, I zoho mail is too slow to receive emails, I´ve tried sending emails from gmail and otherto my zoho account and it takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 10hours to get the email. Hi, Over the weekend I had an issue with scheduled tweets created in Zoho Social not being published. This error message appeared in Zoho Social. Hi! I have run a campaign from Zoho Campaigns creating the initial list from a sync from Zoho CRM. The contacts who have responded to the canmpiagn and unsubscribed (and are now marked as Do Not Mail within Zoho Campaigns) are not being updated back to Zoho CRM. The Email Opt Out flag remains blank in Zoho CRM. The campaign status is being pushed back to the Contact record in Zoho CRM and I can see this in the contact record. In the past, I've used old.<fieldName> to compare old values to new input in the On Validate workflow. I now get an error message that says "Variable 'old' is not defined." I know I could work around this by fetching the current value of the field being changed, but was hoping the "old" syntax was just replaced with something else? Can’t turn on serial number tracking
I cant turn on serial number tracking for certain items because they already have transactions attached to them. we have over 100 items created that all have transactions attached to them, and we’d like to turn on serial number tracking. these items are already on bills, and invoices. They are already attached to certain clients/projects, and inventory is being tracked for them. is there no way to turn on serial number tracking for these items?

Zoho CRM Date import from call logged on Android app is incorrect
My zoho android app (confirmed I'm on most up to date version this morning) is syncing calls to CRM with the wrong date format in the call start time field. The format is coming in as 12/31/1969. I made the call last week and need the date appropriately logged. 1) Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue or suggestions on what to check? My phone obviously has the correct date and time format for my region. Also, when I go into the call and "edit" in zoho/web app, there is no easy way to edit this

Updating field based on most recent related list item
I have a module called "Invoices" and a module called "Contracts", and they are related through a lookup column called "Quickbooks Job". Anytime a new invoice is added to the invoice module (or updated), I would like the "Last Service Invoice Date" column to be updated in the "Contracts" module, with the date that has been input as the "Invoice Date" in the record in the "Invoices" module. Currently, when you add notes in Zoho CRM, there is no option to edit the "date of the note".
