Hello I'm trying add information for my operators using the $zoho.salesiq.visitor.info API found here: https://www.zoho.com/salesiq/help/developer-section/js-api-visitor-info.html I have added about 1.15 KB of information, and when I try the request, it fails with a 403 HTTP-error. Import Task - Keep skipping
Hi Zoho Team, I'm having a difficult time to import task through Zoho Migration. The purpose of this importing is to auto create task in specific Deals so I don't have to create one-by-one in Deal links. The problem is the Task ID column is required but I don't have the existing ones so the importing keeps skipping. Adding records to subform problem
I am new to Zoho. Attempting to add records to a subform (Lab_Result_Details) after editng a field in the subform. Not getting ID from parent form (Lab_Results) to show up in child form. Sub Form Field Width
I had read that this has been fixed but it's not working for me. When I click on 'Add New' the field widths are way too wide and you have to scroll across to see them all. I changed to field widths in properties to make them smaller but it's not working for me. Is there a way to do it that I'm not seeing? Thanks
Cannot access my email through IMAP even though its enabled
I have tried EVERYTHING your help area suggests and still cannot access my email through my phone, tablet or laptop. I have IMAP enabled and I have checked and quadruple checked my password, incoming and outgoing server addresses, etc. I have done several other things your help area suggests but I keep getting a message saying my account is blocked (even though your email app says it isn't) . I need help here...!!!
Zoho Mail - Delay in receiving emails
Hello, I am setting up our inbox to start using Zoho Mail as the main email tool and it has a delay in receiving emails (and some are not enough). Amounts only available with Potentials
Dear Zoho, PLEASE add the options that are available on potentials, on invoices. We invoice directly in CRM, and it would be so nice, if we could have a dashboard with our invoices, showing how much (amount) we have invoiced this month. Currently, if i choose "Sum" i can only add x amount of points, for each invoice. So it can only count how many invoices that have been created/modified etc. It would be so freakin' nice, if it could also handle the total amount, like it does with Deals/Potentials
Create an Estimate on Quickbooks from ZC
I want to create Estimates with more than one product on Quickbooks from Zoho Creator. However, the intuit funcitons created by Zoho don't support the "Esimtates" module on Quickbooks. Could you help me please? I know I can use the Quickbooks API, but it's kind of confusing specially the part of the Access token expiring every 60 minutes. Thanks.

Hi - I was wondering if there is a way to hyperlink text entered in a rich text field so that it executes a function that allows editing of the selected record? Price Books don't cut it
I was really hoping that Zoho was the right CRM product for me, but hope is waning. When I saw Price Books, given the game, I assumed I could make it work, but it is not working out that way. We sell products and installation (service). Missouri has one labor rate and Illinois has a different labor rate. Plus, I want to offer two tiers of pricing. Basically, I want this. MO labor ($100/hour) and standard product pricing (+40% markup) MO labor ($100/hour), preferred product pricing (+30% markup)
Exporting emails from Zoho mail to Local storage
Hello, My question is two (1) Because of capacity issues, how do we take an back up of old emails onto the local folder, Can that be accessed later on from CRM or Zoho mail, as we do require to keep clients data for a while (2) I have got my Zoho email linked to CRM so that the emails which are sent to them or from them are visible in CRM. So if we copy it to an local folder, will they be visible in CRM or not? If not what are remedies other than paying and increasing capacity. Thanks Pradeep
Sort the columns in Issues view
Having the option to sort how columns appear in the Zoho Project Issues screens would be ideal. At now it is possible only to enable/disable a column, but no to choose the order in which columns appear. This is possible only in tasks. Please enable the same function in the Issues page

Organizing Leads for each year
I am trying to organize my leads for each year. Some leads were a great opportunity for 2019 but I need to classify them now for 2020 to see the new status. I am only using the accounts for current clients so we do not use the accounts section. Send a quote email to a new lead based off of user input on my wix site
Does anyone know how to send a quote email template to a new lead with information that they selected from my site? I have the API connected and I can insert a new lead, I just cant figure out how to send a quote email with html content in it displaying the price of what they selected and the packages they chose. It will also give them an option to accept the quote and schedule a time to have the service completed. Someone PLEASEEEEE HELP! Thank you!

Unable to connect to unattended clients
Hi Zoho I'm having problems connecting to some unattended access Windows 10 computers. I have been connecting to these computers without issue for some time. Problem started last night. In this example, I have 3 unattended computers on the same network. I can connect to one, but not the other two. I simply get to the following screen and can progress no further. Adherence to plan report
In addition to calculating hours planned vs actual which is already in the reports, it would be great to also be able to get a report for days planned vs actual and get an adherence to plan percentage. I noticed it already gives the number of days late when a task is 100% completed, so the information is already available. So in brief : ((Actual days taken - Planned days )/ Planned days ) * 100.
