Hi Zoho
I'm having problems connecting to some unattended access Windows 10 computers. I have been connecting to these computers without issue for some time. Problem started last night.
In this example, I have 3 unattended computers on the same network. I can connect to one, but not the other two. I simply get to the following screen and can progress no further.
Here is what I've done to try and resolve the issue:
1. Disconnected one PC from LAN and connected to mobile 4G hot spot to rule out LAN / Firewall issues.
2. Completed all Windows updates.
3. Uninstalled and reinstalled the unattended .exe.
4, Rebooted.
I have physically observed the remote PC whilst trying to connect. The zoho icon is visible in the toolbar. Both computers are showing as online within the zoho unattended web tab. The agent window does not open like it does when successfully connected.
Please assist.
