Trying to synch my Zoho email with Zoho CRM
Hi, We're using your free version currently. Trying to synch our Zoho email accounts with the Zoho CRM. Can't seem to make it work. I went into Setup>Email in the CRM and added my email address. But when I test it by sending emails to and from a test lead, no emails appear in the lead record. Can you help?

Deduplicate Leads against Accounts?
I know how to deduplicate leads and accounts separately, but is there a way to deduplicate them against each other? Over the years, we have lots of leads that were not converted to accounts, but were instead added as new accounts. So now, I'm trying to clean up our database and am stumped on how to do this, so we don't have people calling on leads that are already accounts. Thanks!

Unable To Sign In To MS Word
Hi, I have been experiencing problems with signing in to MS Word. I enter my email address and password, it takes a few seconds and then nothing happens apart from a new Active Authtokens starts up. Normally I would have the ability to select a template and then contact on the left. Tried this on a second computer with the same result. Slider Scale
I want to ask a question with a slider type response. the question is "How much should xxxxxxx cost?" i want to pre-populate the options and give a price option of $0 on the low end and $5000 on the high end. i can create a slider where the labels show $0 on the low end and $5000 on the high end (with $2500 in the middle)... but the 'help' icon which hovers above the slider indicates either a numeric or percentage value between 0 - 100... which is misleading b/c the scale should be $0 - $5000.

is it me, or is there no way to do a search inside a forum sub-folder in here? Shouldn't there be an "area you are in" search in addition to the Community Search? I find, I often just want to search for something related to one particular Zoho Product I am using, but it pulls me out of that particular forum, and gives me results Zoho wide. 2 Months have past since I am trying to configure email service without success. First with Google Suite, some emails were not received. After 1 month I changed the service with zoho. 3 Weeks after, the same problem. We don't receive some mails. DKIM and SPF registers are not recognized by zoho. What is the point to synchronise leads from facebook to CRM through Zoho social if Zoho Social doesn't create a new campaign to me on CRM? It is a big mess when Zoho Social create leads on CRM.
