We’re glad to be introducing a new session called ‘Share your Scenario’ as a part of MarketingHub’s Community learning. The idea of the initiative is to understand the marketing challenges and cases that your business is currently undergoing so that we can help you with our tools.
We, at the Zoho MarketingHub team, would love to know your the marketing goals that you'd like to achieve so that we can build automated journeys for you. You can use these journeys inside the product as soon as they’re available.
What are journeys in Zoho MarketingHub?
Personalized journeys inside Zoho MarketingHub lets you visualize your lead-to-customer path. You can create different flows for achieving your various marketing objectives like engaging webinar leads, following up with event attendees, nurturing website visitors, and so on.
With a drag-and-drop journey builder, the entire experience of building a journey is simplified as you can conveniently choose from a multitude of triggers, process elements, and end-of-journey actions.
How can I take part in this #ShareYourScenario session?
Here’s a small procedure that you can follow:
- Chart a clear plan to understand how you want MarketingHub to cater to your marketing needs.
- Once you identify the business scenario that you want us to address, quickly describe that in words or visualize it in the form of a flow chart or diagram.
- Share your marketing scenario with us by adding it as a comment to this post.
How will MarketingHub help you?
Once you submit your marketing scenario, our experts team will work on your case and identify the features that can help you solve the challenges. Based on that, we’ll design a personalized journey for you and get in touch with you as soon as it’s ready.
An example scenario for your understanding:
We, at ABC Limited, are hosting a technology event for which we'd like to start promotions through emails and social media platfortms. We want to direct the audience to a landing page with a signup form that captures the registrants' information. We will send pre-event messages to them, and once the event is over, we'd like to collect the attendees' feedback. And, we will continue to engage these interested people with messages about our upcoming events. We would need Zoho MarketingHub's help in achieving the above stated marketing scenario.
Points you should know before submitting:
- This is going to be an on-going session, so we’re planning to restrict the responses to four in every session. Upon receiving the first four scenarios we’ll close the session. Don’t worry, you can always submit during the next cycle.
- Please use this post only for submitting your marketing scenarios. Other product-related questions can be submitted on the Forum as it is and not specifically on this post.
- Submissions for journey creation will be taken only via this post and not through personal emails to the support team or any individuals.
- Once we design the template, it will be provided to you and will also be listed under ‘Pre-built templates’ section inside the product.
- Anyone can submit the scenario, but only users of Zoho MarketingHub will be able to apply the journeys that we design for the marketing scenarios.
