Sales IQ ingration with CRM not working
When I am sending email via Zoho campaigns, I would like visitors to be identified in SalesIQ when they click on a link and come to the website. Similarly, when I send emails using Zoho CRM, I would like visitors to be identied in SalaesIQ when they come to the site after clicking an email link. Somehow, I am not able to make this work. I have searched and tried various options as per instructions on this page - https://crmplus.zoho.com/culytics/index.do#salesiq/culytics/index/getcpdata/setting/integration
Zoho Assist just dropped connection and won't reconnect
I was just using Assist to work on a machine in a different location. Then it just stopped. I lost the connection. When I try to reconnect, it just keeps me waiting. The status in the panel shows the machine is connected. I need to finish something in the next 4 hours. Hope someone can help. Thanks.

Hi guys, Is possible to deselect an item in an another form Checkbox/MultiSelect field using a separate stateless form? I have 2 forms: Form_1 is a stateless form with 2 fields (record_ID, Name) and a Submit button. Form_2 is an database form with 2 fields (record_ID, Multi_Select_names). For all new records in this form the multi select have this options selected by default : Tom, Steve, John, Marc. In form 1 I want to be able to enter into the field ”Name” that is single line type the text ”Steve”

There is something I don’t understand if I want to create one note that has text ,photo and voice recorded message. How can I do that ? when I downloaded the application I saw an example of travel note where in one note there is text and Eiffel Tower and voice recording but actually I couldn’t figure out how to do that. any chance this is not available in iPhone iOS version. thanks
Zoho CRM Deal status in Marketing Hub sync
In Zoho Campaigns I was able to sync information from my Deals in Zoho CRM which allowed me to engage with people in different stages of the sales cycle. I was able to sync Deal information from CRM into custom fields in Campaigns. From what I can tell, this is not possible with Marketing Hub. The only workaround would be to create a separate view in CRM for each deal stage and set up a separate list for each stage. Has anyone else run into this limitation?

Having issues syncing to a new iPad Pro
I was really enjoying this app up until now, but I just got this ipad yesterday and although it imported notes well from my old ipad mini, there are notes I have on my other devices that refuse to show up on this one. It says it's synced but nothing changes. It's still missing important story notes that I have on the other devices. All of my products are Apple. MacBook, iPhone, iPad. There shouldn't be a discrepancy between them.

I am trying to import a price list. But not successful. The error is: CSV-Kopfzeilen dürfen nur Artikelname, Preislistentarif und Artikelpreis enthalten. Bitte überprüfen Sie die Kopfzeilen. Hi folks, We're having some issues with our email accounts, mainly being unable to login to the server (incoming or outgoing) and unable to send/receive emails. We've not changed any passwords, no config settings have changed. However one person did login to your webmail interface, would this alter anything? Zoho Unattended Assist do not reply on linux machines
Hi to all. I'm trying trial version of Zoho Unattended Assist with 3 windows and 2 linux machines (one is raspberry pi). Few days ago I'm experimenting a problem with the linux remote machines. Connection is made without problems but after that there is no more response, in all linux remote machine. No click response, no mouse movement response. No problems in windows remote machines. Hi, I recently moved my mail accounts from my private mail server to Zoho and I am all in all pleased with this solution. I do, however, notice a significant increase in the amount of spam coming in (some of it to the spam folder). Then it occurred to me that this was due to the missing greylisting at zohomail.
