Hi, I am using a formula field to calculate Asset Age in my application. There is also a choice to use a normal numeric field as Age and then calculate it on user input of Purchase Date. The age of the Asset is correctly calculated when the form is entered based on the difference between Today and Purchase Date of the asset. Now my question is - 1. Recurring events showing as expired
Hi, when someone sends me a callendar invite from Outlook to a recurring event (e.g. weekly calls) that started in the past, but still has occurencies in the future (e.g calls started on Jan 02 and last until Dec 20 2019), Zoho nevertheless shows te invite as expired and I cannot put it in my calendar. Tip #26: How to avoid some files from getting added to Attachment viewer
We all love to use the 'Attachment viewer' where all the file attachments are available at a glance. However sometimes we see some unwanted files get added there automatically. You can restrict certain files getting added to the attachment viewer using Filters. You can create a filter with the specific conditions, for which you do not want the attachments to be added to Attachment viewer. Ex: from specific senders or with specific attachment types etc. Then in the actions, select 'Do not add attachments
Multi Line Usage - General Question

Limited functionality for POP accounts
In the course of time I have come across several limitations in functionality for POP accounts in Zoho-Mail. The latest limitation I have come across is that there is no email reminder option for POP mail accounts. Now, as I see it most people (especially Zoho-One accounts) come to z-Mail with existing mail accounts, obviously. This means that most of your users will not benefit from the full set of features that z-Mail could offer. I strongly suggest to make this feature and all features available

Update Sales order
We're unable to update the sales order using the api (v1), facing errors like `Json is not well formatted` and `Internal error`. Please look into the issue, I'll provide json object if needed. P.s zoho sample json request for updating the here ( https://www.zoho.com/inventory/api/v1/#Sales_Orders_Retrieve_a_Sales_Order ) also returning error of invalid json.
Immediate sync
Hi I'm trying to add another immediate sync to my list. I get an error saying you can't have more than 5 immediate syncs. I've deleted a number of them so I just have 2 currently, but I still get this error. Any ideas? Michelle

Update fields on CSV import while separating column data

How could I use the Google Address Autocomplete API for a standard Form? I guess I can trigger a function by writing an On User Input script for a plain text field. But I'm not sure how to execute Java from a script. This would be a cool feature if I can make it work.

iframe adding blank lines to bottom
For illustration puposes I created a web page with these workds, one on each line every good boy does fine When I insert the iframe between "boy" and "does", about 8 extra blank lines are added on the bottom. https://themezz.com/zoho/ shows the issue. (I want to use the frame code on a wordpress self-hosted web site and I do not want the added blabk spaces at the end) Any ideas?

I see a new module was released this morning. There was no red dot nor description in What's New to indicate what Town Hall is and how it is intended to be used. I have another internal team demo scheduled in 30 minutes and I don't know how to explain this new module. Please do better.
Count days between two dates - How to automatically refresh the day count?
I want to count the days between the current date and a date field. I have tried the following formula which works: days360(zoho.currentdate,input.Last_Swipe) However, the day count remains the same on future days until I manually change the date in the Last_Swipe date field. How do I automate the above formula so that I do not have to manually update the Last_Swipe date field to make the day count update? Thanks in advance for your help. Regards, David.
US State Abbreviations
Under my company profile Zoho forces me to save the "State" dropdown as "Pennsylvania". Doing that also forces my address to show that way on invoices. Aside from that when I try and ship a package via UPS with my UPS account in Zoho is wants to use the company's address with "Pennsylvania" UPS does not except the full state name. UPS wants abbreviations. Such as "PA" I can modify the ship from address and change it to "PA" however it always defaults to "Pennsylvania" because that is how Zoho forces
Same item, different vendors - I need separate vendor numbers to show up on POs
I have an item I order from multiple vendors. Each vendor requires us to submit the order with the vendor ID number on it. I have these entered as custom fields on items. But I can't make separate templates with these numbers added. I can either add the item custom field to all pdfs or to none of them. Is there a way or a way on your roadmap to have item custom fields added to PO templates so I can easily make orders for different vendors? Thank you.
Zoho Inventory API List All Items missing manufacturer
Is there any way to include 'manufacturer' in the List All Items data? It is included when I retrieve an item but not when I list all items. The manufacturer is important. Cannot access stock on an item that was converted to Batch tracking after initial stock was added
We are currently testing Inventory and I stumbled upon something "weird". A created an item and put some stock (100 pcs) on it. After that, I enabled batch tracking on this item. Again, I added stock, creating a batch (500 pcs) in the process. Now for the interesting part: when I sell the item, the item shows a stock of 600 (correct), but when I enter a sales amount, I can only select stock from the batch (500). The initial stock amount, before setting the item to batch, is not accessible anymore
Edit batches
We would like to be able to edit batch names/numbers. We currently use batches to also indicate the bin location of the product. When we move a product in the warehouse, we need to change the batch name to reflect the new location. Currently, we need to transfer the batch to a "dummy" warehouse, and then back again. Pretty cumbersome. Would it be possible to crate an option to edit batches? Or is a warehouse bin location feature in development? hanks Rob
Assigning Item Groups to a user
I don't know if this is possible but we should be able to assign certain items or item group to a particular user. This would eliminate mistakes if a company has inventory and non-inventory items or items that are purchase only items or sales only items. Zoho inventory can be an effective tool in a manufactory setting if these features are enabled.

Preventing mass emails being sent by someone who doesn't own the contact or account
We want to prevent account/contact owners sending individual or mass emails to contacts they don't own. In data sharing we use public read only which means that one contact owner can't alter the details of an account or contact which does not belong to them. However, this permission does not appear to prevent a contact owner sending either individual emails or mass emails to a contact they don't own. Does anyone have a solution to this?

Hi, I recently switched my web host from HostGator to GitHub pages. That being said, I had to re-add the MX records and SPF records to my domain registrar, Rebel.ca. However, it is apparently not successful and emails cannot be sent nor received successfully. What should I do to fix this? Thanks.
