Hello, It seems that two way syncing between CRM and Books isn't allowed if you attempt to sync CRM fields that are the result of a formula. It makes sense why this needs special consideration since there's no practical way for CRM to derive the formula's input from based on what would normally be the formula's output if it should be updated within Books. I think however that disallowing two-way syncing entirely for all fields of a particular type (e.g. Contacts) is an unnecessary limitation. Why

We recently installed ASAP on our website. How do we pick what articles get displayed on the "Home" tab when someone clicks on the ASAP icon? Right now it displays: Five "Recent Articles" in the top section Five "Popular Articles" below that The issue is that Recent Articles aren't the ones we'd want to display across our website. We need to be able to pick out the most essential articles out of the 100s that we have, rather than just displaying whichever ones got edited most recently by an agent.

Under the company profile Zoho forces you to save the "state" in the drop down box as "Pennsylvania" and does not allow "PA". This is my first post here, and I would in no way say I am a master of Zoho quite yet. I've just built a Zoho CRM report that I want to send out to certain people in my company on a recurring schedule. For now, I've chosen to "Send Email Schedule For Later" about 10 times (for the next 10 weeks).
