How to Identify Website Visitors
I was just wondering what are the various ways that I can identify visitors coming onto our website. I know with SalesIQ - this can be done by using a ZOHO campaigns URL and also is done when a user completes a form. However, will these information (i.e. those already identified) sync through to ZOHO marketing hub? And are there any other additional ways I can identify visitors. As obviously, to prepare a good marketing automation - the system will need to know who to send emails to etc.
Conditional formula in a formula field
I had the following very simple formula in a formula field: 12 / input.Interval_months (where input.Interval_months is a decimal) This works absolutely fine. However, I want to make this a conditional formula, so I amended it to the following: if(Charging_Method == "NO FORMAL AGREEMENT", 0, 12 / input.Interval_months) Very strangely, this formula now only works if the result is a whole number. How to add a filter to permanently delete an email?
I'm currently being spammed an email repeatedly which I have a filter on to "Delete email (trash)". However its still annoying me because its adding unread emails to my trash. Is there a way to add a filter to permanently delete emails so I don't ever need to see them again?
SQL Query
Has an option been added in the SQL query to allow a selection of “is after today” yet? People pay for yearly maintenance and still request support but the CRM states this expired. So it makes sense to be able to set a trigger to send an automated email if the date queried in question is in the past has passed. Example: Expiry is 12/25/2018. Email arrives 05/08/2019, today's date "is after" expiry, trigger an automatic email saying there's no support for the sender.

Hi my zoho mail is not receiving email notifications from my websites contact form. Its not my webhost (this message is received SMTP error from remote mail server after RCPT TO......... 541 5.4.1 Mail rejected by destination domain. Tests have been fine with GMail. Sending a new e-mail clears the inbox
Every time I send a new e-mail via outlook 2013 it clears completely the inbox in the outlook and webmail. It only happens when I write a new e-mail. No problem on answering a received e-mail. All the e-mails are in the ehxibition folder and I have to move them back to the inbox. How do i solve it?

Zoho Books & Zoho CRM integration - Barely useful?
we are looking to switch to zoho crm & zoho books but the integration seems really awkward and barely useful. I can only sync Contacts OR Accounts OR Accounts and their contacts? I have some contacts without an account and some that need to be associated with an account and I'm not sure why we can't have both sync? Also I think we should be able to sync other modules - at least the deals if nothing else. I should be able to associate expenses and invoices with a specific deal. (EDIT TO ADD: Ok

I downloaded the Mac version of SalesIQ, to try it as I'm not a permanent agent, just replacing a colleague. However, I don't use it as my main tools, I reduce the window to a minimum size, as shown on the screenshot. You then see some problem of the interface not playing nice with responsive. UI should be updated, I guess.

Add commonly used key commands like other email clients
Mac user here. Other email clients offer the ability to use key commands to perform certain tasks. This is sorely incomplete in Zoho mail. For example, Command-N in most email clients creates a new email (if you're on the email screen) or a new calendar entry (if you're in Calendar screen). This would make Zoho Mail so much more complete.

All the money used to construct this houses is not an expense but the cost of goods sold for the houses. So lets say i build 10 houses and I spent 1,000,000. Then my cost of goods sold per house or item is 100,000. My question is how do i record this in zoho books? If I record an expense to the cost of goods sold account it appears in my income statement at the moment it is recorded

Why does my email not refresh on its own?
I have created folders and rules to automate sorting of emails I receive. Too often, I have noticed that my main view (https://mail.zoho.com/biz/index.do) does not show me any indication of new email until I go to any particular folder and then all of a sudden the unread count shows up with all the new unread emails. The application I have developed seems to always put created by and owner (in the crm record) as myself, no matter which of my account users are submitting the form. Extension to log in using the european centre
Hi, Following my previous post, from the website I'm reminded I can (should?) log to the european centre (think GDPR), which is good. However.... The browser extension doesn't allow this... It should. I still need to double login : once on the .eu site for the websites... once on the .com account for the extension! On a Data Protection side, if my login for the extension is located in .com (USA), and my vault is in Europe, how does this all work? Thanks

I have download the app I can add entries to some forms on the app but other forms I get a ""new features on the web are still under development in the app. You can't view them here, but we're working on it" Is there somewhere to find out what those are so I can avoid them if necessary??
