How Does Editing Client Email Address affect emails already sent through CRM
We have some emails that were sent through our CRM to a client with an attached quote. I've now discovered that the employee didn't create the contact with the correct CRM so he wouldn't have received them. To magnify the challenge - another staff member accidently CC'd this client in on an email that wasn't meant for them. IF I correct the email address for this contact will that make the emails already sent available to him?? I would think not but as it was incorrectly entered I don't want to change

Job Openings Question
Hello! I'm hoping somebody can help me here. Some of our clients are only able to consider Green Card holders and US Citizen candidates for their openings. When we add a job in Zoho, is there a way for us to include a question about their employment status? This would simply be a way for us to help candidates not waste their time applying for positions that our clients won't be able to consider them for. Thanks for your help!
Error while reading configuration.properties file
I am using the zohocrm php-sdk v2Everything works fine locally but when I moved my code to our staging server I started getting errors. The error it is throwing is failed to open stream on the ZCRMClientLibrary.log file. (It is looking for it in my php include_path.) This isn't the root error though. My error is actually during my \ZCRMRestClient::initialize(); call. This calls CommonUtil.php to getFileContentAsMap from configuration.properties file. I have it echo out all the lines from that file

Safari issues - embedded form won't load
Hi there I have forms embedded within iFrames. When we have users updating forms within these iFrames, they can successfully load the form while using Chrome, but not while using Safari. It won't load and just spins and spins. The form won't load. Searching the forums, it seems this has been issue from time to time in the past. Thanks Aaron

Cannot use scrollbar in dictionary language selection menu
Hi, so for example, when composing a new mail and trying to change the dictionary language, scrolling with the mouse/touchpad works fine. But as soon as you try to scroll "manually" by clicking on the scrollbar in the language popup, the popup just closes again. Nothing usage-breaking, should still be fixed though! Desk Aktivities view is broken
Hello, since 3 days, we have a Problem in Zoho Desk. The Activities showing a white site, sometimes. I can create this Bug if i reload the Page in several Broswers on the Activities Tab. i temporarly can fix this, if i searching the ticket number an klick on the Ticket and Activities again, then the Aktivities are shown, but a reload on this replies the Problem. This is so much time consuming. Apparently the system automatically assign the "accounts Names" based on the email and swap all the ticket opened from my email into the same "account Name" . I use my Google login. I sent the assist request to my son who is running Linux Mint 19.1. It asked him to download an app called connect, it downloaded (connect 64 bit) but no right click menu options showing up like the instructions say. Why can't an invoice have a negative red balance? It is easier to see customers with a refund on an invoice by selecting a category that has a credit due back... I have many customers who do not process their credit/negative balance until months later.

Hello, I have setup many new custom fields in the standard leads module, and have created a test lead. Once this lead is saved when you go into leads is displays the lead name as the Contact person what was placed into the lead. This is not very helpful and there may be many leads going for one of our potential customers. Am i able to have system show a different field for lead name, perhaps even a custom lead name field?

How can I hide sections in Layouts?
I'm trying to simplify the "Accounts" layout for our sales team, and because we bill via email/fax and don't send physical products, I want to remove the "Address" information from the Accounts view. When I try to "delete" the section, it says deleting it can cause an "invalid data error" - There's no explanation of what this error is, or how it will effect me, so I don't know if I can remove this feature. Please let me know if it's possible.

I have many invoices that a customer will put a deposit prior to an actual invoice date. When a client initiates the order, it is sometime later from the deposit date but work commences afterwards... Deposit is noted on date but an invoice should be re-dated to a later date while noting an earlier deposited date.
