Hi. I tried to log into my mailbox today and I couldn't. First I thought I forgot the password, so I went to the reset page and upon filling in the form, a message appeared that the account is inactive. I have no idea how could that happened, but I need to have it working asap as I have other services dependent on this email... Blueprint mandatory follow up task problem
I have a stage for a lead called "contact in future". If the agent chooses that stage I would like it to not only make notes mandatory but also create a follow up task. I am able to click on the "during" and "+add" and then "associated items" tasks BUT when I try to make the task or call mandatory with validation rules it does not work. They can leave a note and totally ignore the follow up task portion and the system does not give a warning and lets them continue. Any one have an idea on this?
unable to sign up new users in Zoho One People or Admin

Workflow trigger upon creation needs manual refresh.
It is really bothersome that whenever i create a workflow and its criteria is upon creation i always have to manually refresh the page to display the changes, Is there a way automatically refresh page or make the changes from workflow real time once triggered? Implement payment methods in Zoho Creator (other than PayPal)
Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to implement other payment methods besides PayPal in a Zoho Creator application as long as it offers an API? My customers sell wireless service and do activations though us as a wholesaler, I need them to be able to add money into their accounts, and then when they make a sale and activate service for a customer their cost would be deducted from said balance. Mac Mail IMAP subfolders not syncing
I recently switched some email accounts from our own mail server to Zoho, and it was pretty straightforward. However, subfolders are not properly syncing in Mac Mail (v 12.2). By sub folders I mean like the following: Inbox - syncs fine Vegetables - syncs fine Carrots - Folder appears but is empty Peas - Folder appears but is empty Meat - syncs fine Beef - Folder appears but is empty Pork - Folder appears but is empty Chicken - Folder appears but is empty The IMAP path

Another Zoho One bug: webmail scrolling
The webmail interface doesn’t properly scroll a list of folders that exceeds the height of the viewport. Thus, for users with a lot of folders, they are unable to navigate to and select those folders. Im using Safari and Chrome on iPad.

Spell check doesn't work within template.
Hi Zoho This is an annoying little issue. I use my signature in my tickets as an email template. Before, I had no problems using spell check, but now for some reason it doesn't work. It's obviously the HTML template that's causing the issue, but it didn't seem to have a problem with it before. Is there any fix for this?

Hi, I have a report which has test reports waiting to be sent to clients, however, I have a problem. I have a condition on a custom send button which checks their account status. It's either Operational or On Hold. If it's operational the send button works, as expected. The pulling of this data requires the form to be opened to trigger the "On Load" event which checks the account status. How to get product list in New Lead page
Hi, is there any way, configuration or customization, to get the Add Product module in the "New Lead" section? Normally when a lead is already created and saved, and when I go to edit it, I can see the Products and add them, add discount, tax and see the grand total. But there should be a way to get that while creating the new lead as well. How else will my sales person pitch if they can't see the products at the same time. Please help, this is very critical.
Can we select which users to add into Projects before a Basecamp migration?
We have too many users on our Basecamp projects because Basecamp doesn't limit us about the amount of users and we did add even people from other departments who only needed to stay in the loop about certain projects. How will the migration process apply when a certain Basecamp project has more users than our account limit on Projects? Is it possible to only select related people from a Basecamp project during the migration?
