SalesIQ: Can't remove logo and icon
From https://salesiq.zoho.com/securonet/index#setting/company page, I cannot remove the logo and icon I've uploaded. There's no delete option showing.

Hello! I am using Zoho Mail from the mobile app-andorid and I can not send digitally signed emails as I do from the web using the S / MIME settings. (I not have problems with the digital sign trought the Zoho Mail web version) ¿Do I have to activate or install the pk12 certificate on my mobile? I use both the web version of the Zoho Mail and the mobile phone but one email is signed and the other is not, this makes the receiver suspicious of the issuer as I am advising clients and suppliers to avoid

Unattended Support not Connecting
Hi, I'm having an issue this morning where I am unable to access any of my 50+ PC's on Zoho Assist Unattended. They are showing as Online but when I click on them they start to connect and get stuck on "Starting Support Session". Rotting Period with Stage change?
Hello folks, After using the CRM for a few months we have found alerts to be insufficient for complete pipeline management and thus have added a Deal stage called "Needs Attention" to surface rotting deals. However, I am not having much luck setting up a rotting period workflow where Deals that remain in a particular stage for more than 3 days are moved to the Needs Attention stage. Workflows & Lookup fields
Is it possible to have a workflow that changes a lookup field on an account form to assign the Contact just created/edited for an account that has the role of manager as the value for the lookup field rather than the user having to select a contact from the account record? Mind you I have just realised that wouldn't probably work as you might have multiple contacts created that had manager set as the role. Stumped now.
Account note report - duplicate data
We enter notes to the accounts and we prepared an automatic report that sends the notes that are entered today. But, some notes are listed 2-3-4 times duplicately. The query is very simple, we just take the notes and order by note creation time but in report the same note is shown several times like the screenshot below.

Workflow to Push a Campaigns Contact to MH List
I see every other sync option available but the most obvious one! I'm trying to setup a workflow within Campaigns to add a contact to a MH List when the click something. Defining a workflow
I am well versed in workflows in Zoho CRM and also ZohoFlow. So I was excited to see 'workflows' in MH. However, I cannot figure out how to CREATE a new workflow in MH. The only place where I see reference to workflow is in the Settings. However, there is no way to create a new workflow in this panel. Can I clone emails for a reminder series?
I would like to know if there is a way to clone the content when I create a reminder series. Maybe I am mistaken, but my experience with email campaigns is that I can send the exact same message as a follow up to people who did not open the first message where I just change the email subject. Is it possible to have an original message then clone it as reminders where I can just change the subject?

Sync not working in anyway or any direction
Hello, I am running Zoho on 4 devices android devices and the web app. I am signed in to each with the same account and email. Yet none of them sync ever. Even if I manually sync using the app setting on the android devices there is still no transfer. How long does it take for notes to transfer. I really want to be able to use this app , however, without syncing there is just no way it possible. Thanks for the help, ~Tim
Shows won't work in Internet Explorer anymore?
I realize that explorer is an old browser, but to maximize compatibility I need this. It's one of the reasons we chose to use this platform, because it said that Explorer was supported. When I try to load a presentation in explorer it tells me the presentation cannot be found. The link works in every other browser. I tried embedding it on a page and opening that in explorer - same issue. Is anyone else having this issue? Is it a glitch or is Zoho discontinuing support for ie?
Notebook on Android crashes when trying to unlock notes, also on Passcode Lock settings
Hello, As the title says, Notebook on my LG G6 crashes whenever I try to unlock a note. I swipe left on the note, tap the unlock icon, Notebook closes by itself, and a message appears stating "Unfortunately, Notebook has stopped" with the option to open the app again. Reopening Notebook and repeating for any locked note gets the same crash. Notebook also crashes when trying to open Passcode Lock under Settings -> Privacy & Security. This also happens every time, including after restarting my phone.

I've set an automation rule "Create Project upon Stage Update" to do this. A an instant action i've selected the custom function "Create Projects while winning Potentials." Trouble understanding custom domain email setup
I proceeded with defining and verifying a custom domain email configuration thinking I was defining an aliasing, redirection setup where, for instance, mail set to my_name@my_domain.whatever would be redirected to my_name@zoho.com. Instead, the process is asking me to define a user account at my_domain.whatever. As near as I can tell, I'm not setting up anything close to what I intended. Have I done something wrong, or is there no support for what I want?
Group ID's not appearing in the "From" dropdown menu.
Hi I am trying to get group e-mail IDs to appear in the "From" field's drop-down menu for those members within that group. I have tried making sure the field "Send as Group" is set to "Allow" for the users. Also in the advanced settings for the group the check-box for "Allow members of the group to send email using Group Email Address as From address." is checked. But the group ID's are not appearing in the "From" drop-downs. Am I do something incredibly stupid here or have I missed something
