Hi Everyone,
I am very excited about Zoho MarketingHub and I am glad it is finally here and a part of my Zoho One.
However, I just found out today about the restrictions on quantities of leads for us small business users and I need a plan to only add worthy leads to MarketingHub for nurturing.
Here is my scenario and I hope that some answers come from users as well as the experts at Zoho.
I probably have upwards of 6,000-7,000 lead emails between my Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns account that have been accumulated over the last 7 or 8 years, and I would bet that there are no more than 30% that are worth nurturing.
My current number of allowed leads are 2,000 in MarketingHub so I would like some advice on the best process to clean out the junk and focus on the ones that are worth working on.
I am trying to figure out the easiest way to take all of the leads and send out a re engagement email with a button to find out who really wants to hear from me and who does not. Here are some of my thoughts on what I would like to happen, but of course I am looking for input from people who possibly have needed to do this in the past.
> I would send out an email telling them about the great new tips, articles, eBooks and downloadable docs we have to share with them with a CTA button if they would like to subscribe.
> I think, I would then send at least 2 reminder emails with a different subject to try to pick up the people who did not see, open or respond to the first email.
> Then sort as follows:
Bounces are removed
Unopens go to a Zoho Campaigns campaign to send monthly newsletter for 3 months and if no interaction happens mark as junk lead.
Opens get a follow up email and place in a journey
And the people who click the button get middle of the funnel content.
Please let me know your thoughts and most importantly which Zoho app and process is best for this.
Thank you,
George Thiess
