Embedding form on web page
Hello, I've created a form for public use, and I've embedded it on our Wordpress site. Everything seemed to be working great, but I just noticed one item that will be a huge issue... I have a video upload field where people can either send us a video file, or they can record from their webcam. When testing out the form on its own (not embedded), everything works great - when I click to record a video I get the message saying that I need to allow the browser to have permission to use the webcam -

Multiple Trigger Issue
This is how I'm trying to have my journey work... 1. guests are signing up for a class that starts on May 1st. They are signing up with a form. 2. In the thank you email they are told to look for the next email to arrive on May 1st, 2019. When I attempt to add "date" element it gives me an error message that I can't have one trigger working with another trigger. My current trigger is the sign up form. Please help! :) Thank you
Save button in the Android app
I just started to use Notebook for my notes, it is great but i miss a save button in the mobile app, so i can save my notes whitout leaving the notebook. As i understand it, it doesn't save and sync until i leave the actual notebook. Or am i missing something? Peter
Stuck on "Create New Portal" Page
I am trying to get started with Zoho projects. I believe I am "signed in" with a user name and password. The first thing it tells me to do is create a portal. There is a line that has http://projects.zoho.com/portal/ then it has a blank area for me to enter my new portal name. When I enter something here, and then click on the "Create New Portal" button, nothing happens. It simply clears the field and I'm still stuck on this page. I am presently looking at integrating with one of the telephony providers. I am trialing Aircall but I was wondering if any other the other providers have an even tighter integration? Which provider's integration is the gold standard? My main query is about how to assign a incoming / outgoing call from a number which is not in CRM. I have a database of about 500 customers. Last week we noticed that some of the addresses had been merged into one field. It had been previously in 4 different fields. All had been converted to contacts with the proper fields. Can anyone help?

Hi! I'm having a bit of a problem with the web browser version of the notebook. For some reason, my note cards will not open no matter how many times I refresh the page, open a new page, or log out and back in. I even checked my internet for a connection issue, but I seem to be finding none. Also, sometimes the page doesn't even load in. What should I do?

If statement with Date
Hi, in Zoho Reports I added a formula column with this If statement: If("Fecha">='19/10/2018', 100, 10) The field Fecha is a date field. What I want to do is that all records that have a date that is equal or greater than 19/10/2018 should have in that column a value of 100, the ones that are less than that date should have a value of 10. My problem is that all records appear with a 100 value in them, instead of the corresponding ones. My DB have records since 16/10/2017 up to date.
KPI widget - set filter, but have Maximum Range ignore it?
I'm trying to create a KPI widget using bullet or dial chart. The data table that I have has a column with date and time, and I would like the Value on the chart to be count of entries with date/time being within a certain range (which I can easily set with a filter), however, for Maximum Range, I'd like to use the total number of entries in the table (but the filter is preventing me from getting that metric). Is there a way around that?
Tip of the Week - Read by Color intensity
Zoho Analytics allows you to categorize the data by color intensity. This will be pretty useful for visualizing data based on factors like volume of occurence or create a performance scale (bad to good) etc. To read the data by color intensity, you need to add an aggregate numerical column to the Color shelf, and set the legend to continuous band as shown in the below animation. Hi folks. I am LOVING the new MarketingHub! I started moving our mailchimp / zoho campaigns / zoho flows over. HOWEVER... after setting up a Journey in marketing hub, I am suddenly getting the error alert "You can avail this feautre by switching to a paid plan." I *am* correctly linked into my ZohoOne which from previous communication should give me access to the entire MarketingHub. Can you please confirm that all MarketingHub features are included with ZohoOne accounts (500 leads + 500 per employee).

Settings --> Subscription says Dormat
Hi, Marketing Hub looks great and I've connected via Zoho One. Under Settings --> Subscription the plan says Dormant and I can't get my website to activate. It was working OK over the weekend but today it says the website is Inactive (under web assistant). When I click activate it reverts back to Inactive. Any ideas? Many thanks. Jon

Is Realtime access to Zoho creator from MS Access possible?
I have a client who wants to be able to view data from their zoho database inside MSAccess in realtime for reporting. I can see API calls in the zoho help documentation about writing zoho records from Access and web sites etc but nothing that allows me to pull data into an Access database or just view it in access. No indication of uploaded files on Web Form.
I'm using an advanced web form with a file uploader. As a user, I can select "file upload" and pick files from my computer just fine, but after I select the file to upload, the form looks exactly the same. There is no indication a file has been attached! Surely there should some indication of the uploaded file - either the file name should appear, or at the very least the number of files that have been attached should appear. Instead, the hover-over still says "no file selected," even though it has.
