Clearing the quarantine folder
I have set various controls (via the control panel) such that certain emails are sent to quarantine. The number of messages is quite large and deleting them, 50 at a time, could take quite a while. Two questions: 1. Why the the 'Clear' button not enabled? 2. Is there a policy setting that enables periodic clearing of the quarantine folder? Thank you.

CRM has an extremely poor contact management system. Why cant Zoho get this one basic feature right? Why do we have to have multiple databases for contacts throughout all of your apps its very frustrating and annoying. I have a module called Pay Periods, and each Pay Period links to multiple Timesheets. Within each Timesheet, there are the following fields that I would like to aggregate in the associated Pay Period record. They are "Approved Hours", "Pay", "Bonus" and "Reward". POP email accounts disabled
i have a number of POP accounts which pull in emails from our web server. last week these were disabled by ZOHO following a problem with the server. despite numerous requests for the accounts to be re-instated, I have had nothing back from Zoho. I can access the emails via the server webmail, but not files and Ali am becoming extremely frustrated. the lack of communication is particularly annoying. please will someone from the mail team get in touch and inform me why the accounts cannot be reinserted.
Pulling data from two Zoho Books modules
Hi, I am trying to figure out how to pull data from the Invoices and Expenses modules from Zoho Books to make a Income vs Expense table. I have tried multiple versions of joining tables, but there is no column in the two modules that is named the same. I think the logic here would be to join the tables on the date, but the date columns are named differently. Any ideas on how to do this?

Hi, I'd like some help passing values via URL I know i can add ?Fieldname=value to the end of the URL to pass a default value. However, is it possible to do this to a subform? I've tried ?Subform.Fieldname=value with no luck. EDIT: You can pass the value to a placeholder field in the main form, and have it copy across to the subform on load. Auto Fill Field In Custom Module Based on Lookup Field
I have built a Custom Module called Products Leased that is related to Accounts. It also contains a lookup field to Products Module. I am wanting to store all of the Products each account leases from us. When I lookup a Product I also want to bring over the Unit Price of the product into the new Module Products Leased. Is there a way to auto-fill a field based on the lookup value?

I don't understand how to use the Roles setting under the user settings to enable data sharing. Can anyone give me some guidance? I have multiple teams under one organization that need access to projects created by users on their teams.. The only way I have found to do this so far is to have the project creator add his teammates manually each time a project is created.

Method call tracing
We have a form that has a subform, and when we add rows to that subform, we want to initialize it with values from the previous row. This works perfectly for *most* of the fields in our subform. However, there are a couple of fields which appear to be getting cleared AFTER the subform "On Add Row" method is called. Not receiving mail from certain domain
There seems to be an issue when sending mail from engelskaherr.se (mail servers handled by loopia.se) to baltzar.com (our domain handled by zoho). Nothing arrives from the sender domain. Sending to other domains works. Also receiving from other domains works for both of the domains. I've checked the MX records and they seem to be in order.
How to have cells reference other cells for sheet names
I have sheets that are used to log daily data from multiple sources for each week. There is then a master sheet we use to pull data from whichever week(s) we want. This sheet needs its cells to be able to pull any particular column of data from a weekly sheet without directly referencing the sheet title - basically, each cell in a column should be pulling a sheet name from its header row.
