Hello! I am using ZOHO CRM. I wonder if there is any possibility to conditionally show\hide fields based on previously selected option from lookup. Structure: every Product has a brand, and every Brand has a Line. I need to dynamically change a Line lookup into the Product, based on previously selected Brand. I've tried to create a layout rule, but it doesn't fit my needs, because it is based only on a pick list, which doesn't allow to include additional information like country or discount Products
Possibility to track serial numbers of items part of a composite item
Dear team, Would it be possible to consider enabling serial number tracking not only on composite items but also on items that are part of a composite item. We very often need to track serial numbers of components within a given composite item (e.g.: serial number of parts belonging to a given composite item shipped to a client). My understanding is that this is currently not possible. Would there be any plan for introducing this functionality soon ?
No currency conversion for Invoice

In Zoho Inventory, when a new sales order is created, there is an option to send Mail to the customer regarding their sales order. Now, our Issue is, along with that customer the team who are creating sales order should also get a Mail Regarding the Sales Order. For Example, there are 5 persons who are maintaining zoho inventory sales orders. If Person1 created a sales order and sends mail to that customer. That same Mail must be sent to the 5 persons who are maintaining zoho inventory sales orders.

Hi, I have two companies with different domains and different employees. I use Zoho for my one company and now want to use Zoho for my 2nd company as well. Exporting Page to PDF page size issue
So I created a Page in Creator 5 that we are using as a report page. We export it as a PDF and then print it out on our printers, but the PDF that is created is slightly larger then 8.5 x 11. When we print at full scale, it crops about .5" off the top and bottom. We been printing with the Shrink Oversized Pages turned on. Is there some way to control the paper size that the export to PDF uses?

Is there a way to place both the header and the body text into every page on the site, rather than adding the heading via individual page headers and the body as individual and manual page code blocks? For this I use the function postURL and it works well, but when I send Data too big, the function sends an error of "Time out: 'SocketTimeoutException'", so I need to know how long is the timeout of postURL function and if there is some way to control it. However, it would be nice if email notification contained a link to the specific Deal it is referring to. Does that make sense? Pivot table filter won't update
I have created a number of pivot tables based on a drop down box in my form. I am creating individual reports and filtering each one by the corresponding criteria. Like so: Report #1 - Leads (Drop down option = "Lead", Pivot table filter = "Lead"). The pivot table displays all open leads in the system. Report #2 - Prospects (Drop down option = "Prospect", Pivot table filter = "Prospect"). The pivot table displays all open prospects in the system. And so on... All of the pivot tables worked great

Next contact date which we already have in there ( we would like to send it 30 days before) 2. That it is a current record. 3. The customer has not opted out.
