Pivot table filter won't update
I have created a number of pivot tables based on a drop down box in my form. I am creating individual reports and filtering each one by the corresponding criteria. Like so: Report #1 - Leads (Drop down option = "Lead", Pivot table filter = "Lead"). The pivot table displays all open leads in the system. Report #2 - Prospects (Drop down option = "Prospect", Pivot table filter = "Prospect"). The pivot table displays all open prospects in the system. And so on... All of the pivot tables worked great

Hi, Been using creator and the rest o9f the Zoho products for some years. Very happy. For our new year project we would like to send reminders to customers (email) based on a couple of fields. 1. Next contact date which we already have in there ( we would like to send it 30 days before) 2. That it is a current record. 3. The customer has not opted out. As always when i start these changes I am always over whelmed by choices so a point in the correct direction would really help. Thanks

Hi, Is it possible to send sales order status "fulfilled" back to marketplace (Etsy and Shopify) so I don't have to manually do it in Etsy and Shopify? In Zoho Inventory I changed Sales order status to "closed", "invoiced", "fulfilled" but it didn't get sent to Shopify (the status in Shopify didn't change). Thanks in advance!
Zoho Recruit--how to add SMS
Hi I'm a new user of Zoho in the middle of the free trial. The main app I'm interested in is recruit. I currently use text messaging to contact applicants but my current ATS and texting system are not connected. I'm looking forward to the integration with Zoho but am not sure how to get it set up. I have seen the list of SMS providers like Twilio but am still unsure how it works. Is there a link somewhere explaining how to get it set up and how to put it to use?

Add/edit CRM notes via Desk
Is there a way to add notes directly to CRM from ZOHO desk without needing to open CRM? Our agents can see the notes left with a customer profile via ZOHO desk but there is no way to add them without launching CRM. I would like to be able to add them directly from ZOHO. Any assistance here would be appreciated.

Unable to setup DKIM with Squarespace
I have been unable to setup my DKIM with Squarespace. When I follow the directions by Zoho the DKIM is unable to be enabled or verified, continually says "Verification Failed" and "DomainKeys are not enabled, as the text record validation has failed. Please try again.". Any help is appreciated.

New UI: Problems creating a Quote, Sales Order or Invoice
When my users are creating quotes they are searching for items which are similar so they must scroll through the list which shows 6/7 items within the scroll window, scroll a large list quickly and you'd see 12+. However now with the new UI only 2 items show within the scroll window and if you scroll a large list only 3 items show. This makes it extremely difficult to use. Edit mobile field order
I love that Zoho creator has an app for users to be able to fill out forms on their mobile devices. What I can't seem to find (if indeed it exists) is a way to edit forms for mobile. For my regular online forms, I have fields set up in columns - with related columns reading left to right... But on mobile it only allows for one column, and thus the logical order is thrown out of whack. Please tell me there is a way to change the field order for mobile! Hey Folks, Have what I believe to be a simple problem but am having difficulty finding a robust solution. I already reached out to Zoho and they are looking into helping me solve this with a custom function but I wanted to open it up to the community for discussion and best practice guidance. Essentially, we have a need to quote each customer with a unique product price. We lease cars to consumers and the same car, say a Honda Accord, will have a different Monthly Payment depending on the deal specifics.

How do I print a Refund Check? Right now, I'm hand-writing them, but I want to be able to print the check, in the way that I print checks to Vendors, etc. I've issued Credit Memos, and noted them paid, and chosen Check, but I see no ability to take the next step and actually print it. Thanks!

Is there an easy way to mark an account as acitve or in-active? When a client no longer has an active contract or deal with us we would like to mark the account as in-active so we could seperate these out to reengage in the future. Any suggestions?

Zoho Writer iPad app - slow when typing text
I've recently been trying to use the Zoho Writer iPad app and every time I use it, the interface seems to take a long time to enter the text I'm typing. It eventually catches up, but once I've typed a sentence I then have to wait around 10 seconds for the text to be entered one character at a time, so I can then go back and check whether I made any typos. IMAP Integration - Regular password change
Hi there, we currently have an Office 365 / IMAP Integration working very well on Zoho CRM. The problem is that, for security reasons, our IT requires the Office 365 password to change every 3 months which the user are required to do...unfortunately, as soon as they change the password on their machine the IMAP integration breaks as authentication is unsuccessful. Amazon Sync'ing and Attributes
Hello, I'd like clarification on something with regard to the Amazon integration... Toward the top of the Amazon Integration page with the Setup button, it states that items are mapped to Amazon by SKU. At the bottom of the page, it states: "Items in Amazon that have more than three attributes will not be a part of a sync as Zoho Inventory supports only up to three attributes." I ask this question for this reason... Some of the products I sell have more than three attributes. My solution in Zoho
