Hi, I have been trying to generate access token for self client. I tried the http post method, and i get 'invalid_response_type'. I also tried the php sdk code: ZCRMRestClient::initialize($config); $oAuthClient = ZohoOAuth::getClientInstance(); $grantToken = '1000.7c56126f557b0f1cb69cfb4a7a95b3bb.d47522df0b9800b74331df6172259749'; $oAuthTokens = $oAuthClient->generateAccessToken($grantToken); but in this case i keep getting 'invalid_client' in the reponse. Desk Mobile application sometimes changes the last used view
I'm having this issue on the android application. The last used ticket view changes from time to time. It was behaving this way since we've started to use Desk back in July and I'm still having this problem.

Just a thought - why not use the neat iOS icon for Zoho CRM instead of the current outdated one. Most other Apps are using a more modern look It was pretty easy to change the ghastly Mail icon to the newer one from the web app and makes a small but nice difference
API POST a new record which has a LookUP field that we want just post text to that is not linked.
We are looking to be able to insert a record through an API and we have one field that is a LookUp type, however we know that the item is not in the associated table (and we do not want to add it to the associated table), how can we add the record through the Json API Call where the Lookup data is just text Do you just set the ID to -1 and Name: To the Text , let me know how this can be accomplished. Hi, I have one only module for customers. No leads or sales, only customers. In their fields, I have one field named "product of interest", which is one search field of the products. That means, if I add one user manually, I have a drop field in there where to choose this product. Till here, we are ok. Email Parser not detecting modules
I'm trying to set up the Email parser, but when I get to the "Create New Parser" box the module I want to create the Parser in is not shown. I changed the name of my Deal's module to Allocations/Booking (as I'm using it to manage current and new bookings). However in the Create New Parser screen the only module it's showing is "Bookings draft". From what I can tell this is a module I created weeks ago that I've since deleted. How can I get the Parser to update to the current modules I'm working on?

I need to create a roasted coffee product that uses the green beans and removes 20% of weight as final product. So if I roast 1 KG of Green beans I will get 0.8 KG or roasted beans. Custom Function delay on updating sales order
Hi all, I've written a Deluge script that updates the shipping charge depending on the sub total on a sales order. The script only works after repeated page refreshing (whether this to do with delays on the back end or something else i don't know) Ideally i would want the deluge script to happen in real time on the order. Is this possible as the current method is not really acceptable.

Desktop Email fails to open
On several computers in our office, the Zoho Email application does not launch properly and needs to be terminated via the Task Manager. After terminating all instances in task manager the application opens without issues. Usually when a user is affected, there are many instances of the Desktop Email application that need to be closed via Task Manager. Also occurs with the Desktop Cliq app. Users are on Windows 7 and Windows 10.

I'm just learning desk, so this may be a dumb question. I have 4 departments, each has a 2-4 forums I've created a post or two in several forums. Some of the topics I've posted have a space for replies beneath them and others don't. I can't find where to select to have replies turned on and I can't tell what's different about each context. I have the Standard Plan - I presume this will work OK please ? Tagging other users no longer working
We use the User tagging system extensively in our Activiites notes (we use the @ sign followed by the appropriate user name). Starting about two days ago, when we attempt to tag someone it allowed us to do so as we were editing the note, but as soon as we saved the note, the tag disappeared/broke. Any ideas why? Tracking Cost of Goods Sold at Multiple Locations
Hello, Is it possible to track cost of goods sold for different locations? I run a service business and have 2 locations. The same service products are offered at each location, however the cost of providing services is different due to different contracts, and I want a way to track my margins and costs by location. Is there a way to do this? I am a Zoho One subscriber. I am considering switching to Zoho books from Quickbooks Online.
