Why do different forum topics I've made have different action options?
Why do some of my forum posts have more action items in the left side-panel? Under the ticket Id: # and stats: For some I see: Edit Delete Lock (what is that?) Change topic type Move this topic make this sticky moderate permalink For others I only see Edit Delete make this sticky permalink Why is that?

Hello, I know we can create rules depending on actions (change of candidate's status would send a specific email template for example), but I would like to have it work the other way around (sending a specific existing template would change a field or the candidate's status). Add an activity after Sending an E Mail
I am trying to figure out a way to automatically add a task after I send an E mail to a customer from the opportunity screen. I would have thought the answer it would be in workflow . Action: Send E Mail and then a pop up " do you want an activity?". Has anyone a solution to this. I know its easy once the E Mail ahs been sent to add an activity manually but it would nice for it to be automatic so that one doesn't forget.
When inserting a lead or contact title in an email
When inserting a lead or contact title in an mass email template is there a way to add a the letter "s" so it is plural? This is needed because if you say for example, I am sending an email that reads, In working with other "#title" it will be singular ( no "s" or plural and it will look bad) and it needs to be plural so adding the "s" would correct that. Thank you for your assistance. It then would read when working with other IT Vice Presidents ( ie... adding in the s automatically)

Hi, I'm using SendInBlue to manage my Leads mailing list (and some other lists not related to the Leads module). Mail merger writer exports pdf with yesterday's date
I'm based in Australia. I have a mail merge document opened in writer. A current date/time field in the document displays the correct date when I view the document in the browser. I export it to pdf, but the date shown in the same field in the pdf is yesterday's date instead. So the same field shows a different date in the browser and the pdf export. Changing the "from" email and default email
Hi, when I signed up for Zoho yesterday (not the free version) I chose what I believe to be the "master" email. It was something that I instantly regret. I wernt to my dashboard to change this master email. I deleted it from primary and created a new primary email. But I still see the old one everywhere I look. And it sends from that address.

Hi, I am creating subscription using zoho subscription API and I don't want zoho to create invoice for that subscription. Each month I am creating invoices for each subscription according to my requirement using zoho invoice API. So how to stop creating invoice for each subscription at first time. Email templates: combine Outer Color/Outer Theme into one button
It's confusing to have Outer Color and Outer Theme as two separate buttons for backgrounds in email templates. I propose combining them into one Outer Color/Theme button. So when you select it, the first swatch is a color picker and the rest are patterns (themes). And while we're at it let's make the background actually appear white when choosing "white" or "none".
