Migrate data from zoho.com to zoho.eu
Dear Zoho, At this moment all our accounts and the data are located at the zoho.com (us) accounts. We want to switch to our zoho.eu accounts and migrate all our date or clone at once. I would like to add a unique QR code to my pre-printed deposit slips. The QR code would go to a form that allows my employee to enter the deposit info. The question I have is, can I create a QR code that is unique to each deposit slip? And is there a way to scan the QR code twice? First scan for the employee to enter the info and the second for me to verify/approve the deposit.

Hello, I was seduced by the fact that Zoho subscription has Stripe as a payment gateway. I thought I was going to be able to handle everything with "Hosted pages". But they are way too restrictive ! Unable to update module information when importing
I imported cases into Zoho and realized I missed a few fields and wanted to remap others. When I go to import the file again, adding the missed fields and remapping others, none of the changes are implemented. I'm searching for existing IDs, which I haven't remapped or altered in any way. Hi, I have uploaded an excel which has timestamp "30 Apr 2018 - 10:27 am" of this format. I need to separate date & time. How will I do it in ZOHO? Where are Report Settings in Creator 5?
I was going through the tutorial videos, currently on Zoho Creator: Intro to Rules and Workflows. At 8:07 it talks about being able to add the Status (which was hidden to the form user) to the calendar report in the Reports Settings, Column Properties section. I'm not receiving emails after configuring my MX records
I've configured my MX records and I'm still having trouble receiving emails. Right after configuration one email will go through, 2 minutes later I get a mail delivery message saying message not delivered due to misconfiguration. What can I do to rectify this?

Hi. We're hosted on GreenGeeks and find that in the Zone Manager, while we are able to add the SPF record as prescribed as a TXT record, but the zone corresponding to that does not accept "@" or leave blank. It seems to accept only "crux-labs.com." as a sane value. How do we verify SPF then? /Rohit

I am having an issue with bounced email messages reopening closed tickets. We are copied on a lot of automated notifications that are sent to customers that come from "noreply" type emails. Zoho Connect IOS Task Management No Drag and Drop
Am I the only having issues trying to move a task from one section to another on the iOS app? I can move from backlog to doing to done on web but cannot on mobile. Anyone else? Any suggestions? Suddenly cannot connect to IMAP or POP3 using Thunderbird
As of this morning, I cannot use Thunderbird to connect through IMAP or POP3: attempting to do so produces an error message saying that “the connection was refused.” I have tried troubleshooting already: • IMAP access is enabled for my account in the Zoho mail web client (and POP3 for my other account). • Login credentials are correct: I can indeed access my e-mail account through the web interface. • All port and server settings are correct—and are unchanged from what was working before this morning.
