Facebook profile Messenger in Zoho social
Hallo, I need to connect my Facebook profile and Messenger to Zoho social cause many customers contact me trough the chat of my personal Facebook profile. This is a problem for me cause I cannot manage and organize the chats in the Facebook Messenger native platform but only see the chat in the standard cronological order... Cause of this I'm missing many potential business because I can't organize my chat view according to the relevance of the messeges... Is this possible or can you introduce this
How to connect a Facebook Locations page to a Zoho Social brand?
Our Main Page on Facebook currently has 5 location pages beneath it which all represent a different Franchisee territory. Each of these locations has their own Instagram account as well. When trying to connect a Facebook location page to the Zoho brand, these pages do not show up in my list to be selected. I'm an admin of them all. Is there a different way to connect these pages?

Can't see mentions
I added Facebook and Instagram streams and I want to track all mentions. Is there a reason the Monitor tab shows "Shhh...it's quiet in here." In which tab do you have to be in to follow hashtags? I can't find that option. I'd also like to know why, when it worked, hashtag search only showed Instagram posts. How do I view both Facebook and Instagram?

Links from Most Engaged Connections to Facebook profiles broken
When I go to Connections > Most Engaged, I can see our conversation. However, when I click on the person's name, which is a link, I get a Facebook error page: "Sorry, this content isn't available right now. The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you're not in." However, when I do a search for that person, I do see their profile. Is there a way to create a custom action button in a report view that would allow a user to access an image upload option to add to the respective record? Scenario is, I would like for a user to have the ability to access a record in a report on their phone, select the custom action button and be asked to upload an image or take a pic on their phone. Email Outgoing Blocked due to security
My mail is blocked due to security reasons. This is most probably because I transferred it to another server and had some issues with the ssl certificate. These issues are gone now and I would like to have the email enabled again please. The /unblockme page doesn't work this time. thanks

Here's my scenario... I'm going to start an outbound sales email campaign, so I will be making the initial outreach to the prospect. I would like to automate an email sequence for those who DO NOT respond. it would look something like this: 1. Send initial email 2. If no response after 3 days, send follow up email. 3. Forum Categories do not Delete
When I'm adding a forum there is a "right side panel" that lists "Forum Categories". I have tons of categories for projects that have been trashed and Archived. I am absolutely certain that none of those projects ever had forums. When I delete a category (by clicking on the trash can beside it) the Category goes away but the next time I create another Forum, all the same categories are still there. Please help.

How to model a bundle of accounts under a deal
Every month I have like 30 "deals" that have up to 10 slots that can be filled by accounts. I want to be able to look at an account and see which of these 30 deals they've signed on to, as well as look at an individual deal and see how "full" or what 10 accounts have signed on to it. But with the limit to 5 lookups I don't know how to model it in Zoho. Currently Zia has no "intended audience" setting for "ease of reading" values. This results in high values for the number of "Run On Sentences" and "PolySyllabic Words". Hello, I've configured my MX addresses (MXlookup shows zoho's addresses), but I still don't receive any emails (I can send them just fine). While i'm trying to send an email to my zoho account from my gmail account I got 553 Relaying disallowed error. I've read I need to click envelope icon in admin => domains, but it says it will DISABLE my config, instead of enabling it. I'm using cloudflare.
