Zoho One users can't switch back to zoho invoice if they use upgraded to books
As the title says it's a shame that ZohoOne users are not able to revert back to zoho invoices. Been trying to get this resolved with supportr for days now with poor solutions. There should also be a way in CRM to sxend invoices to clients and I don't mean a PDF. The invoices/books module sends an email with a Pay now option for clients to pay by credit card online. Why can't this be the way invoices are sent in CRM?

Hi, our visitors/leads will hire one service, and they will be in a path of 5 steps from "lead" to "hiring". So I added into the leads module one list with these different points where they can be. Then, they will be the leads, costumers, contacts.... I mean one unique registry for them, with all their fields and one field defining in which point they are. The point should be that later, for emailing, analytics etc we could choose one state of the lead and send them one unique email. Is this a right

Custom fields not showing current information in reports
We have custom project field called "Current Status Summary" which we update every few days and reports come out bi-weekly showing this information. The reports that came out this morning show the right information for some projects but for others the report shows information form last week and possibly even before that. The fields were updated yesterday so the report should be reflecting that information but it is not form many of the projects. Please help

Posting of dynamic URL Images to Instagram via Bulk Scheduler
Dear Zoho Team, I am excited to have found an easy to use plugin with Zoho Social to schedule Instagram posts. Everything works perfectly except one thing: I am using the mshot method to take automated browser screenshots of my website. These URL's get refreshed roughly every 48 hours. I am adding the ending .jpg to the URL in order to be able to upload them with the bulk scheduler as the bulk scheduler would not accept the mshots with their native URL. Fields can't be updated on button click in stateless forms
There was a recent change in stateless form behavior and it requires an urgent fix. When a stateless form button is clicked it no more executes the script which updates other fields from the form. It previously worked, now the same script no more works - I guess that this is a problem related to the new UI. Hi I am new to Zoho one and am starting to implement Zoho docs for my business. I have set up different workspaces for different teams in my business to access but ever file I add into a workspace all shows up in my home directory folder of Zoho docs, is there any way of getting these files to not show up twice. Or is there a better way I should be setting this up for shared access. Thanks
I'm confused by email archiving in Zoho
Hello! Trying to make the switch from Google Suite and Outlook and am trying to wrap my head around how archiving works with Zoho. As far as I can tell it's nothing like it is with Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud (or most other email services I know of). In those you simply hit Archive and it puts it in an archive folder that is not unlike any other folder. You can click and view the emails quickly and simply. Cannot send email via MS Office Outlook

zoho mail not opening in safari
my zoho mail was working fine until around 11am this morning (uk time), it then put me into the login screen, now everytime i try to login i get the please reload page and try again message, this is only happening in safari i can login with firefox to access mail, but i would prefer to use safari. i have allowed cookies in my safari settings. is there a fix for this issue?

How to know which contacts have time to be invoiced?
Just moved from QB to Zoho Books and now working on using the integration between Desk and Books... I see that if we go to a contact, we can see time and generate an invoice from that screen. Idle Alerts Extension does not work with custom stage names?
So apparently Zoho CRM does not have a Rotting Period feature and decided to add the Idle Alerts custom module from Zoho as an extension in the app store. Fine, however after installing the extension it does not seem that I can modify the stages for which the alert runs!?? I have all custom stage names except for closed won and closed lost so what in the world am I supposed to do? I am trying to figure out if anyone has found a good workaround for trying to schedule workflows in Zoho Professional Edition. I want to create a workflow that updates a CRM field based on some simple criteria for any lead that that has been created in the past couple of hours. Recording GST when the whole Invoice is for GST
Hi All How do I go about recording a bill where the whole bill is for sales taxes paid on import, for example Fedex clears a shipment for us and the whole bill is for taxes paid. We need to do this so it shows as an input Tax Credit (ITC) when we do our quarterly tax return to the Government. Merging Axis, but not ALL axis
Is there a way to merge only some of the axis on a report ? I have a report, where I'd like to display - Cohort revenue averages - Cohort revenue summations - Cohort Count And I want 2 axis, one for the "Cohort Count" and a merged one for the two revenue data series. It seems to me that merge axis is either all or nothing. Is there a way to merge axis for only subset of data series? Thanks.

My company has a MS Access database, ideally we would enter information to the database and it would send the information into Zoho Books. Is that possible?
