Auto mail is not send
Hello, I am using the system via Support Portal. When the customer opens a ticket, automatic mail is not going. It only goes when you answer through the system. What is the problem. My English is very bad. I used Google translate. Sorry :)

We have several CRM users that would like to create their own campaigns as well as share the campaigns with each other. It appears when we sign in that we are not linked to each other's campaigns. Is it possible to do that? I thought that I would add the sender email address...but it will not allow me to use that email because it is used by another user.

Delivery date Bug

Dear, is there any option to plan the bug? At the moment I can only see the expiration date in the calendar. but in a bug I have 2 important milestones:
1.- Development
2.- Development tests
I demand delivery date for each of these milestones, in order to deliver a date to my client.
Currently I have them in Excel spreadsheet, but it is getting a little complicated. I would like to have the option of planning the delivery dates and being able to enter the actual dates.

Why isn't it an option to export leads, contacts etc. into excel documents as opposed to 'Zoho Sheet View' which is no use to anyone, especially with documents that contain more than 100 contacts which is pretty much most documents. Mails sent from php mail() not being recieved
Hi There My email liam@splatwebsolutions.co.uk will not receive any emails that are sent by the php mail() function. This is not specific to a server so please don't ask me for logs. Whenever I do a password reset on any site that uses the php mail() function even a class such as PHPMailer, the email is not received in either my main inbox or my spam mailbox. Do Zoho actively block these emails. I have only realised today after about 1 month, and this could be a major problem for me. Thanks

Changing Department should not take me out of whatever Account I am currently in
Currently if I am in a particular department and viewing an Account or Contact, I can only see tickets that are from that department. This is all fine and good, but when I want to see tickets from another department, or ALL departments, when I switch the department, I am taken out of the Account/Contact. This is very frustrating and makes for extra unnecessary clicks. I then have to search again for the Account/Contact within the new department. I think you should stay within the Account/Contact

I have the following use case in Zoho Creator. Is there a way to accomplish this? (a) I have a Report with various rows. (b) I have made a record template as a pdf and saved it as a non default template (i.e.I don't want to disturb the default view of a record that gets generated on clicking on a record) (c) On each row I can display a button labelled "Email me pdf summary" the on click action of which I can get it to send out an email to the logged in user. No email sent when updating multiple tickets in Desk
Hi Guys + Girls, I will try to explain our situation in short. We work with sprints/releases every 2 weeks. When a customers problem is solved, we want to notify them. In the product we use now, an email is triggered when a Jira issue is released. We set a date, and have a time based response trigger an email in our current program. We have the Jira integration working now with Desk, but it might not provide the options to cover our needs. We almost got a workaround, but it failed on the last part:

Hi there, I would like to know why i still get updates when ive unchecked all options under the Notifications section in a project. Ive attached a screengrab of all options off. Yet is still receive all kinds of updates when i close, move or change anything. PS why is the reporting about bugs so different here than in other Zoho apps? Different Contacts on an MS Word Label Page
Hi all, I have still got the problem of creating labels in Zoho CRM so I am now trying to create labels via Mail Merge to MS Word using an Avery template with 14 labels. The problem is, the page is full of the same contact 14 times instead of different contacts on each label. This must be a simple thing to do, but I cannot find anything about it, nor can I find a template with similar so I can investigate what I might doing wrong. Any help would be much appreciated.
