Optimize images for mobile
I like the face that you are able to insert images into any question text. However, I would like if these images would automatically readjusted size depending on the screen size. It is very frustrating when I want to show a large single image with a question and I can get it to look good on desktop, but it looks terrible on mobile. Images are important in my surveying and it feels like Zoho falls short on them.

Making fields Mandatory on update - or based on entries in other fields
As I understand it, currently setting a field as mandatory in Zoho Desk is a global setting for that field - meaning that the field would be mandatory on ticket entry and beyond. Recurring Expenses/Bills- notifications
If I setup either a recurring expense or bill zoho silently creates it on the specified date, and I want to know when it is created so I can review- modify if needed. I thought there was some message on the dashboard when an expenses/bill was created
Approval Workflow -- completed tasks not showing for Approver.
When using the Approval Workflow, as the Approver, i can see the Pending Tasks, and can Approve or Reject them. But then I cannot see them in the Completed Tasks. The user that submitted the task is able to see them in the Completed Tasks, however. I thought when I first tested this, i could see them as the Approver, but I have no idea what changed. Anyone have any ideas what could cause this? Thanks!
Change status icon
Hello, I encounter a bug (or change made on purpose maybe) since yesterday. In the Hiring Pipeline, I do not have the "change status icon" anymore, which was close to the pen to edit the candidate profile (see attachment, only the edit function is still there). WorkDrive - Allow non-users to edit docs via shareable link?
Is there a way to allow non-users to edit docs via shareable link? It says that users who have the link can 'view' but I don't see a way to make it so that they can also edit if we'd like them to. It would be really nice to send clients the link so they can make changes to the documents we send them and we're all on the same page. Especially in the cases of setting up contracts, etc. If there isn't a way is this in the road map?
How do I assign a numeric value to drop down field choice?
{EDIT] i meant to post this in the Zoho Creator forum.... I am using a drop down field to record the status/outcome of a record and need to assign a value depending on which status is chosen. If the status is Sold, Proposal or Cancelled, I need the value to be 1, or if the status is Assigned or Reset, I need to value to be 0. This value will be input into another field in this form, which will be summed and used in a pivot report.

Tip 35: Rejecting time logs in Zoho Projects
Hi, do you know you can reject a time log in Zoho Projects? Points to remember: Whoever has the permission to approve a time log can reject it too. When a time log is rejected, the activity is notified via the Feed, Activity Stream, Email, and Notification panel. A rejected time log will not be listed in the Timesheet view. It can be fetched by filtering the timesheet status. When a rejected time log is edited, its status will be updated to ‘Pending’ automatically and it will be resent for approval.
Mobile number cannot be verified because it is used for a business account
Hi, I am trying to validate my personal account in order to use my email. However because the number has been previously used for another business account which I cannot modify, I am unable to do so. I only have one telephone number which needs to be used by all my accounts. How can I ensure it can be used to validate separate accounts?
Feed usage-- archiving posts in the Feed or somehow hiding ones that are read and no longer relevant
We are using Zoho CRM and trying to figure out how to hide or archive posts on the Feed that have been 'processed'-- meaning-- one person posts a message on a matter saying two other users need to do A and then B--- those two user reply back and ask a question, which gets anwered, all inside the post (great-this is how it should work). Then user A and B complete the item ad that 'Post' or converstaion' is over.....but all that text and messaging stays visable(?) Am I missing some obvious feature

Automatic Address Suggestions
I used to use Xero once you put the number and street it will have the options of choosing the right address, I think you need to work on this. For example, if I have to fill up the postcode for the particular suburb, I need to google the postcode and enter manually. Which is time consuming. Once we put the number and street, the system should be able to suggest address and if we click the right one it should fill automatic suburb, postcode and state. Please explain?
I can't import leads to Zoho CRM!
I try to import only 6000 leads through the XLS file (CSV and XLSX). Zoho always responds: its impossible import more than 25,000 leads. I tested an XLS with 20 records, and Zoho also replied: its impossible import more than 25,000 leads. I am working on a free Zoho account. What's going on?

Virus sending emails on my behalf
Hey, It appears that maybe someone has hacked my account or a virus was sending hundreds of emails on my behalf and I keep receiving hundreds of "Message Delivery Failure" notifications. I have scanned my phone / computer and changed passwords, but there are hundreds of emails every day. Is there anything else I can do instead of going through all of these emails and deleting them? Attaching records to each subform record
I have an app where I am storing a specific activity. Attached to that activity (using a subform) is any hazard that is found while doing the activity (1:n). So it's a one to many relationship between activity and hazard. Once those are stored, later we are doing some evaluation of each hazard. I need to store multiple evaluations against a hazard (1:n). Hello, I am trying to send an email out and it is giving me 554 5.1.8 reason. I removed the hyperlink on the body of my email and any colors and pasted items and sent it to myself and the email was sent successfully. It should not have to be this way.
