More of a feature request. It would be nice to have the option to do a blacklist/whitelist bulk import from text file.
Non-Profits discounts
What discounts if any does Zoho offer non-profits? Salesforce offers ten free enterprise level licenses for US non-profits who can verify their 501(c)3 status. That is really hard to beat. I would love to stay with Zoho, but unless there is a significant discount given to our non-profit we are switching our campaign and app building to Salesforce. The free Zoho Plan, while convenient, has limits that we are running into. And I can't justify the cost of the current plans to my non-profit board.
Option to Add Record from Search Interface
I have a feature request. A couple of my users are really missing a feature that we had in a previous CRM. If they put a name into the free-form search bar and no matching records existed there was a link in the search interface dropdown that said something like "Create New Contact called {First Name} {Last Name}" It would be great if ZOHO had a similar feature either in the free form search results or the expanded results that allowed users to create new records based on the search input field.
zoho desk api/v1/tickets doesn't support to assign value for the createdTime field
Hello Customer Service, The field createdTime of api/v1/tickets seems to be not working anymore when I try to assign past date time value to it. I believe it worked for last a few weeks. Currently the created time is always auto generated from the current time. Regards Ryan

Hi, The business case is simple, a operator creates leads for different partners, at the end of the week the user wants to filter the report for a specific partner, and with the push of a button a email is sent to the partner, who email address is kept in a table. Creator with integration field to CRM Contacts (or leads,etc)

It is providing a list of emails from different though it does not matter what field I am looking to use for the selection.) CRM Contacts and Zoho Creator
I would like to link one of my forms with a contact in CRM. I've made an Integration field but it let me show only one field, so I've choose Last Name. Unfortunatelly it's not enough to identify a contact. I also tried to make a custom field in CRM with a formula containing both First and Last Name, but it seems Zoho Creator doesn't let me to use custom fields on Integration fields. How do I get my Zoho CRM Campaign module updated with Zoho Campaign information?
I have created and sent an email campaign from Zoho Campaigns, I have enabled the Sync Settings so it will create and Update the Member status in CRM. The Campaign has been created in CRM, but the contacts have not been updated, and I cannot see the Subject and Sender details like I do in Campaigns. Emailed calendar invitations go the wrong calendar (Zoho vs Google)
My primary calendar is a Google calendar. Events that I have been invited to via email automatically get added to my Zoho calendar, but I want them to go on my Google calendar (both calendars use the same Zoho-based email address). Is there a way to move those events to my Google calendar so that all of my events are on the same calendar? Can I disable the Zoho calendar in some way? I never wanted that app in the first place...

Multiple errors when attempting to submit forms.
I've attached some screenshots to show a few of the different errors that my employees are receiving on a daily basis when attempting to submit their forms. How to update integrated google spreadsheet after editing zoho form entry?
Hi, I have integrated my Zoho form with a google spreadsheet so when I update a form its relevant fields gets updated into that specific google spreadsheet. Here is the intresting part -- when I EDIT my updated form then its modification reflects in Zoho Database (All Entries of Form) but that change doesn't reflect in my Google Spreadsheet.
