ZOHO verification SMS NEVER ARRIVES!
We can't use the email webmaster@flourish.com.mx because the SMS never works and the phone call isn't being made either. We have validated other SMS's and calls DO work but NONE of them are working FROM zoho to Mexican phone lines (+52). What's the procedure then!?
Double opt-in, reported email as spam!
What actions can we take if we have a subscriber, we use double opted-in, hit 'spam' on one of our emails? They probably just wanted to unsubscribe. What directions can we give them to reverse their action so our email domain does not get tainted?
Custom price lists have gone missing

Problem with Lookup Fields with Filters in Mobile App
In our app, there are many lookup fields which are constrained by a filter at design time. However, with our recent upgrade to Creator 5, these lookups no longer function properly in the mobile app. Instead, the dropdowns display no values when selected. In the browser, these fields work fine. To work around this, I have modified the On Load scripts to manually populate the lookup fields with the correct records. However, this code has the unintended consequence of calling the "On User Input"

Cannot login to admin control pannel
Hi Support team, I'm really sorry on this case due to our team forgot to reset the two authentication before they change the mobile phone. Now we cannot login to admin control panel because system need 2 authen and we don't have backup code as well. Could you pls reset two authentication for admin of @kcvanit.com. Can't receive emails sent from Gmail account
Hi Support, Our Zoho email account can send and recieve to other emails, but cannot receive emails sent from Gmail account (however Gmail can receive emails sent from Zoho). This is so strange, please advise.
FYI: Form-mobile permalinks are not supported in C5 and will break on upgrade. Any potential workarounds??
Really wanting to switch to C5 but I just found all my published forms using the form-mobile to be mobile optimized will NOT be supported and will break on upgrade. Any ideas from C5 users? Is there anything such as CSS styling or any other new features that could help with this?
How do I turn off the spam filter?
It appears this question has been asked, but all of the answers that I could find on the blog were 5 or more years old. With the current Zoho mail, how do I turn off the spam filter? I have no need for it, and want it to be completely disabled - can not find a configuration switch which will do this.

Olá, boa tarde! Não estou conseguindo excluir minha conta Zoho Mail. Segundo o Cpanel constam 2 usuários, mas já deletei todos os ativos, só ficou o Super Admin, o qual não consigo deletar. Sem isso não consigo excluir a organização. Aguardo instruções.

Help creating a blueprint
Hello! I'm having kind of a hard time creating what should be a very simple blueprint. The end goal is when the channel is Phone Call, I want to mandate certain fields and a comment (the comment is where the agent describes what happened during the phone call) Our process: We receive emails from customers. Sometimes those emails need to be converted into a phone call. That's when we change the channel from email > phone. Once the channel is phone, we call the customer. When calling, the "Ticket Status"
Blueprint Limits
Dear Desk developers, The limits defined for different plans doesn't seem to be fair : https://help.zoho.com/portal/kb/articles/creating-a-blueprint-in-zoho-desk You are allowing the enterprise plan to have 20 blueprints with each blueprint having 50 transitions whereas the professional plan which is priced half of the enterprise plans does have just 1 blueprint with up to 10 transitions. Enterprise plan 50 x 20 = 1000 Professional plan 10 x 1 = 10 Please adjust the professional plan limits a little

G Suite Team Drives have been out for well over a year and is now the standard way that businesses create document shares on G Suite. Cannot Choose/See Columns when creating a custom view
I'm trying to create a custom view and all I am able to see is "specify criteria" There is no option to choose columns like I see on every help article/video. I attached a screen shot. Any idea? I am an admin so I should be able to see everything.

Zoho Mail not opening in Chrome
Yesterday, my Zoho mail account out of the blue would not open in Chrome. I had to open it in Windows Edge, where it works fine. It also works for me as an app in iOS, and in Andoid. work flow is not running with lead creation by Form
I créate a Form to créate new leads, once the form is sending source is feed with F-WEB, also I créate a workflow associated to lead creation and source F-WEB but when I run the form eventhougn the new lead is created and teh source is updated with f_WEB teh workflow doe not run. however if I créate teh new lead manually in ths CRM and update source F-WEB the workfollow run. How do I automate adding e-mails to our CRM in an unpaid account via the BCC line of an e-mail?
Whenever I follow the steps it tells me I don't have the appropriate permissions despite being the "Super Admin." I can't imagine we would have to pay for this -- we're a startup with two users at this point. Thanks for the help! Joe
IP Blacklisted by Zoho CRM
We use Zoho's API for integration between our back-end and Zoho CRM. However, it seems that our server's IP has been blocked. I didn't get any notice from Zoho and have no idea why our IP has been black-listed. Last time this happened, we were down till Monday because Zoho Support is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Our business relies heavily on Zoho and Sunday is a working day for us so waiting till Monday will cost us a lot. Any idea how to get the IP block removed without having to wait till Monday
