URGENT - All existing blueprint deleted!!!
Hello, Re: Blueprints Problem I have just added a new blueprint for the sales process, acting on a deals field. After saving, all my previous blueprints (all relating to a custommodule3) have disappeared, assumed deleted. They were all present before I started the new blueprint. There were 4 in total, all deactivated, all now gone. What's going on please? Can they be recovered? The audit log only shows: "Added a Blueprint named Sales for Deals" and no mention of any deletes. Does anyone else see

Crashing when trying to save (Trigger=Webhook)
Hey all! Scenario: Created a flow triggered by a webhook that is attached to a button on my zoho crm leads module in order to create a module entry on zoho crm and fetch details from leads module. Problem: 1. Tested connection succesfully and received complete payload 2. Created flow and assigned payload which was correctly mapped 3. Click on SAVE BUTTON: CRASHES 4. Click on TEST AND DEBUG: CRASHES This only happens when trigger is a webhook.
Can't send email within same domain

I found support from the system to massive import products, but when I get to the pricebook this is another story, the only utility to support massive pricebook operations is just import the name of the pricebook and the description...So the products must be added to the procebook one by one.... I'd like to be able to use the API to pull data into Excel. I've already exported ticket information (based on a view), but I'd like to be able to pull new tickets, as well as update fields in excel that have been modified in Zoho. I only need the ticketID, subject, and status. Is this possible?

CRM - Using Deluge to populate field on CREATE.
Can someone please give me the example syntax in a Deluge function for the following? I am able to create a Workflow rule on EDIT which populates a field on a record based on some logic. But I cannot figure out how to do the same thing on CREATE. I suppose the reason for it not working on CREATE is at the time of the new record being added, that record does not yet have an ID. Therefore, there is no way to populate values in a map and do an Update, because that new record does not exist yet. Am I

I have trying to find a way to export from task, manipulate the data in excel and re-import in a custom module. Just using importing tool is not reliable since I might have contacts with the same name in the database.(can't import with Contact ID) The migration tool can't be used with out the original zoho Contact ID related field ID. unless you to re-import all parent data first. this way I will lose auto number fields in some parent module that we use. Not able to migrate attachments
I am attempting to migrate attachments. I have imported an initial batch of test leads, which went fine. Then went to migrate the attachments for those leads. I am using the Lead ID from my export report as the Parent ID for my attachments... i.e. zcrm_2011028000000104001 I use this ID as the parent ID in the csv file, but I get this error message. "Could not find a matching parent record for this look up field - Parent ID" Please help.

Hello, I developed a contact-like form using Zoho creator and I access the content through a view using an authtoken and JSON. I have an image field in my form and this field is set to appear in the view I use. However the data that I get does not make any sens in the context of JSON because I get an HTML IMG tag. Furthermore, the url of the image in that tag is relative. So to actually get the url of the image I would have to parse the HTML then contextualize the url, but this won't work because

CRM: import specific contact fields from MS Outlook?
Is there a way to map the incoming fields from MS Outlook to Zoho CRM? I can't find a way to synch the "Suffix" field and it seems like such a basic need - to be able to choose what fields are imported and to where. Is this possible? Data import stuck at "Uploading Import file..."
I have uploaded one file this morning with no problem. However, now I am trying to upload a second set of leads. The file in Excel97, with only 1000 records. After browsing to find the target file, I click next. At this point, the process goes to "Uploading Import file..." with a progress bar that does not advance.
