zoho.books.getRecords dropdown get items from Books
Hi For an order form i am creating i want customers to be able to select the items i have (in Zoho Books) to be shown in a dropdown list. Is this possible by using the zoho.books.getRecords or by an API? Are subscribers of the Knowledge Base able to see the expired articles ?
We have a section called "My Expired" in the Knowledge Base. Is this section also displayed to the KB subscribers? We do expire our articles in time but we also want our subscribers to know that an article that they are referring to has been expired. We can't know if our subscribers did download a specific article or did copy the entire knowledge base contents and if they are using an up to date content so we need to both announce that an article has been expired and also keep the expired article
Change Form Title on Edit
Is there a way to change the title of a form for each individual record when editing? For example, if I have a form to add employees, can I have that employee's name listed at the top of the page if I ever go back to edit their record, instead of the original form name? Thanks for any suggestions!
How to make a link to a zoho deal in a zoho template
I have created a template that sends an email to salesperson when a deal hits a certain stage. Here is what it looks like below, and the corresponding email the salesperson gets. However, instead of it having just the deal name, I would like the deal name to be an actual link to the deal itself, so all the salesperson has to do is click on the deal name and it will take them to the actual deal name. Currently they have to go deals and look up that deal. So ${Deals.Deal Name} is the link to the deal.

Pivot Tables Grand Totals
Hi, Is it possible to make column grand total visible at all times even if the number of rows means you need to scroll to the end to see it? This would help as it would avoid having to scroll all the way to the last row to be able to see the grand total. Make the presence of subtasks more obvious
We often work from Kanban view and when opening a task, the presence of subtasks is at the bottom of the screen (and depending on monitor size, off the screen) and tucked in with the Comments, Subtasks, Log Hours, Documents, etc. The presence of subtasks within a task is not clear. Suggestions to improve UI: If closing the parent task and there are open subtasks, display a warning prompt that there are unclosed subtasks. This would help prevent accidental closure of subtasks. Customizing Home Layout doesn't save correctly
Using Chrome, I'm having trouble customizing the home screen. After changing the size and position of elements and clicking save - the home screen comes out jumbled. It doesn't come out the way I saved it. When I go back to edit it, it looks fine. Applicants can add a photo to their registration, but getting their uploaded image to display in another form was problematic. Archived messages disappearing
Hey Guys Just testing my zoho account prior to going live and noticed that when I archive messages they disappear. They do not appear in the archive folder as they should and indeed as messages did when we opened the account last month. I can see the earlier archived messages but not the ones archived today. Are the zoho servers having issues? Does this happen often? We were going to use zoho for customer support but having second thoughts now. Thanks!
