Hallo, i try some "Spam socre test" - it seems to be OK 10/10 for not SPAM. http://www.mail-tester.com/test-dlpv7&reloaded=4 But there is one warning in section "Spam Assasins likes you" DKIM_SIGNED Message has a DKIM or DK signature, not necessarily valid This negative score will become positive if the signature is validated. I am fetching data from Zoho Subs and putting into a model in Zoho Creator. Want to use zoho.subscriptions.getList(input.Module_Name, input.Org_ID); but want to get only the data where "status" is not "cancelled" How can this be done? Group Email Authentification
I am a member of a camera club and we use zoho mail. We have two groups set up to receive emails. One group is members and the other group is for the steering committee. I am attempting to add a new person to the steering committee email list. When he gets the email to authenticate, he clicks on the link and is asked to put a password in and it displays his email as the user name. Mass emails going to junk folder but individual emails go to inbox?
I'm testing out Zoho and whenever i try and send a mass email the messages immediately go to the junk/spam folder and do not show that they are being sent from my outlook account. However, when i send an individual email it shows as sent in my outlook and is delivered to the inbox with no problem. My aprods.com hosting got cancelled and because of that I was not able to receive messages in my import@aprods.com zoho email account. I was only able to send messages. Hi, I am trying to create a formula field for the following: I have a few Pick list fields and each of those fields will be either "Yes"or "No". Hi. We are a Real Estate company. We would like to alter the Probability field to use for a different purpose OR to create another field called "Commission %" for that purpose. The function of Probability does give you the calculation for an "Expected Revenue". Lost ability for Apple Mail to download my emails
Today I enabled 2 factor identification and changed my password. I'm not sure which change caused it, but immediately Apple Mail gave the message "Cann't connect to account "(my account name)". I just logged into Zoho Docs this morning, and all my documents have disappeared! It is now showing "No Items". I have not changed anything (I was logged on yesterday editing docs) and I do not use local sync. Where did my docs go??? Please help, I need access to the doc I am working on ASAP.

Hi, I am trying to create a line chart from an excel file which has data from Jan to Dec. The line chart draws a line where it plots all the amount in the ascending order. So that results in a chart where Apr may appear before Jan if Apr has the less amount. So i want to know that can i do to not let line chart sort by amount and show the months in sequential fashion. How can I change the number of decimal places displayed in a pivot table without changing source data?
How can I change the decimal places in pivot tables without changing the source table? Different pivot tables require different accuracy i.e 2 decimal places or none so I can't change the source data. It seems very odd to restrict data views formats to only the source data's format.
Comment mentions create new tickets on some departments
I'm the admin of our Desk setup and I have closed all of the notifications on 2 departments where also my account is a part of. One of them (the logistics department) still does get notification reminder tickets when one of the agents belonging to that department does receive comment mentions. The situation on the other department (the parts department) is more erratic and they do get tickets sometimes when mentioned in comments and then on some occasions no ticket is being created.
