I need to remove my domain name from Zoho and I need to delete all my email accounts but I lost the control of control panel email. I have the domain as www.hexagentech.com I have created the email as suresh.reddy@hexagentech.com on zoho Now I lost that email access 100%. Somebody intentionally did that I am unable to open that account anymore. Now I want to delete the emails associated with that domain completely and need to setup new email accounts. Please help me in this regard

Converting date-time in RFC-822 format to zoho-date time format?
I am trying to convert the response from an api which is like 2012-07-17T13:41:01Z (RFC-822 format) to zoho-date time format.But on using toDateTime() function,the result seems different.The time part is always 00:00:00 but getting date right.Is there any other way to achieve the right time or date-time such that I can use it in my script? Or is there any need to change some settings with the platform?

Ability to ring visitor
As a frequent user to supporting my customers via chat. When a visitor goes idle, It's inconvenient and also doesn't resolve the issue on the chat. The ability to ring the visitor (chatter) to play a sound within the tab window on their computer to remind them that their chat session is still active. Sound played to chatter should be a bell or ring sound I feel this would be a great feature to have within Sales IQ Looking forward to an update

I am using Zoho's POP server to accept emails in my Gmail account. Emails sent to my address with domain @chira.ga are working fine but when I receive a mail at my @Chira.gA domain, I get the following message from google. Cannot forward ticket response in Zoho Desk
If i reply to a customer's ticket in Zoho Desk and hit send, I cannot do anything to the ticket until the customer has replied. I cannot reply to my own response and send additional information, nor forward my response to anyone else (internally or externally). This is very frustrating and makes it very hard to follow up with the customer if they have not responded yet.

We use Zoho desk with 14 departments, some have child departments. Customers can send tickets via email, or by form specific to department (different fields). Currently agents are assigned to a department + team on their role. We'd like agents to have access across all departments if they are in the mail header fields or have a lookup (via search) for department. But if they are not members of department they are blocked. The filtering function is incredibly useful and powerful. It would be even more useful if (optionally) every time a filter was selected it did not close the filter box. See attached screenshot. This would allow a project manager or user to slice and dice tasks in many ways without having to endlessly reopen the filter box. Thank you for considering.

Export as Excel; Can I do it all at once for all reports in my App
My App has some 10 to 12 reports. So far I take app backups on a daily automatic schedule but to get the report data in excel format once a week I manually go to each table and export the data as xls or csv. But is there a way to get (say) all 10 to 12 excel or csv files at one shot? Rather than go to each report which is time consuming? Alternatively, the.ds file that is produced, does this have all the excels or something within it?

Unable to upgrade from Zoho Social Free to Standard
I had the Standard version of Zoho Social this year. My subscription was about to expire and I needed to update my payment information. I updated the information, but kept getting an error message. So, I downgraded to a free account and then tried to upgrade again. I'm getting the same issue. Here is an image of the error message. What's the fix? How to remove duplicate accounts? Scenario - I am encountering problems with the accounts module. I have got the list of accounts lets to say 100 in accounts module I'm able to see the count as 100 but while creating the report it shows the count as 115. Photos in Zoho Notebook?
Hi, first I'd like to say that before Zoho, I use word, so with its minimalist features, it's only expected that it would have less. In word, I drag pictures and it aligns with the paragraphs, sentences, perfectly. But unfortunately, you can't do that in Zoho. Yet? Will be there an improved dragging option for the photos on WEB?

Back story: I migrated from Evernote a few days ago. Although I use other Microsoft services, I've never got on very well with OneNote. I use Firefox on my PC laptop. I've added the "add to Notebook" extension. It works beautifully for sending full pages, or Reader formatted pages to Notebook. Sending links to create link cards, however, doesn't seem to work at all. If I use the tool to save a web page and select "create link card" it just creates a full web page card. Record audio via web version?
I'm seriously considering migrating from Evernote as I'm blowing through my monthly caps quite frequently. One feature I use a lot is the audio recording capability whereby I record important meetings I am attending and jot down notes as they spring up. I use a PC at home and have noticed that there is no audio recording capability within the web version, though it's in the Android version I just downloaded.
