Updating a Field in Contacts - multiple records
Hi I need to update the data in the Description Field across multiple Contacts (over 100) in Zoho CRM How do I do this as a mass update? (there are too many to do individually) I have tried exporting the contacts to Excel, updating, then importing back into Zoho CRM - but Zoho CRM will only let me add them as new Contacts - it won't let me tick the "Update Existing Contacts" option Could you please advise on how to do this? URL is untracked
I included a link in my email. Sent it to a list (all addresses are to me so I can test it). Clicked the link. In the reports it says 0 clicked, and when I check the Link Click Activity it says the link is "untracked." What setting has made the click report inactive?
Unable to delete domains from Zoho Campaigns
This error occurs while deleting a domain "This domain cannot be deleted because we've found $1sender addresses associated to it." But I have no more sender addresses of this domain anymore. I can't delete the domain.
Email Status Indicator (replied and forwarded icons) not working
Hi, I first noticed this when using Thunderbird as my mail client for my Zoho mail, that when I replied to or forwarded an email, the icon next to the email would disappear almost straight away. I then did the same with my emails directly in Zoho Mail, and again, the icons don't seem to be working (they either don't change or disappear). This has meant having to check my sent folder to make sure that my emails have been sent. Any help would be appreciated!
Zoho mail not loading with Chrome on mac

Hello, I have a HTML view open in dialog mode (zc_LoadIn=dialog). Inside the html code I have links to other views (<a href="#View:XXX">link name</a>) When I click in a link, the site is loaded but the popup windows (html view in dialog) not disappear. Emails from CRM going to Outlook prompt annoying message to recipient
Hi, I would like to send emails from Zoho CRM, but when the sent message is opened in Microsoft Outlook, this message appears, probably because of the tiny invisible image that has to be downloaded for the email tracking feature in CRM. Is there a way to keep the email tracking in CRM, but prevent this annoying message from appearing? Almost all my customers use Outlook, so I don't want this message to make me appear like a spammer. Right now you avoid dealing with the SSL certificates binding by serving plain HTTP. Switching between users on ios Docs/Writer
