I would like to set up a web page where my clients can schedule a time with me. I am familiar with other CRMs that interface with their calendar and offer this capability, but it doesn't appear that Zoho does. Am I missing something? How to change account status and send email to customer (non-repeatedly)
Hi, I have created a client form. On the form, I have 2 options being "Operational" and "On Hold". I have created the code that triggers "On Update" an email is sent to the user about the account change, however, I can't figure a way to stop it doing it - as in only once. Each time I update the form it resends. Do I have to capture the existing status and compare or something similar to only send it once? Thanks
Set a Default Date for a custom field
In a Deal I have a date that I would like to set a default value for based on another field. For sake of the example, I'll call the first "Arrival" and the second "Cut-off". I want the filed "Cut-off" to be defaulted to three weeks before "Arrival". Deal Stage Layouts
So my company offers about 8 different services. Each has a very specific deal stage and probability process. However, in the enterprise version I am only allowed 3 layouts (which in turn means only 3 unique stage processes). Is there a workarond to this? I dont understand why I cant use more layouts? Hello, I’ve been a user of the free plan of Zoho Campaigns for several years. I recently upgraded to a paid plan in order to set up syncs with my Zoho CRM account, but was not satisfied, so I canceled my subscription. I'd like to switch back to the free plan for the moment, but I do not seem to be able to do so. Only paid options are available. I have had to buy credits several times since, and into the bargain unused credits seem to be disappearing after one campaign… I am quite disappointed.

Hi! We have configured a workflow in Zoho Reports to send an Email when a Purchase Order is approved. This email is sent to the Vendor Email and other recipients. Autoresponders: How to exclude responders from follow-up emails?
Hi there, I recently sent out an email campaign, and scheduled follow-up emails via Email-Action Autoresponder, to people who open/click, as well as to people who do not open the initial email. Now, how do I exclude people who opened/clicked on the initial email from receiving a follow-up email, if they contacted me in the meantime? I obviously only want the follow-up emails to go out to people who did not get in touch with me in the meantime. How can this be done? Thanks for any help, Steffen
