Hi, I have followed your API Guide in https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/v2/#refreshing-tokens to generate tokens and refresh token. For the first time I was able to generate access token and refresh token similar to what is stated in https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/v2/#generate-access . However, when I refrresh the token as stated https://www.zoho.com/crm/help/api/v2/#refreshing-tokens , I am only getting access token and not refresh token. Zoho CRM - Custom Module - Post data from external application
I would like to know if it is possible to post date from external application to a custom module in some way. The custom module fields and post parameters are same. I am assuming a web form to capture the value of the custom module. And then post the data to data from external application to custom form. Will it work? Any idea?
form workflows - many fields which go in calculation for a total price field
I have a form called bill of materials. In this form i have fields for e.g.: - quantity - length - width - height - uom (can be e.g. meter, m²,m³) - (m/m² and m³ - will be calculated related to the uom) - price/unit - total price (has to be calculated) (for the m/m²/m³ fields, i am checking right now if using a formula field is better i also use this form as a subform in form products) If i change any of this fields, the total price has to update. Pardon if this is a duplicate, I tried finding something like it and could not. In Zoho Desk, when adding a Comment, it appears that it is basic text only. No ability to add formatting of any kind. In our previous helpdesk software, we used the commetns, or notes area to communicate internally. With the nature of our business, this would often require highlighting information, or using formatting options to call out the important data in a lengthly internal comment. Maximum duration of minutes
Why can't we go further then 300 minutes duration for a session? We hold face-to-face training which sometimes lasts for 7 or 8 hours, with a lunch break, so a 5 hour maximum session isn't enough. Thanks

I was wondering if there was a way to give the ability to my audience to make notes while they are watching my presentation, then download the presentation into a PDF with the notes they took next to each slide. I think this would be very valuable since people usually take notes during a presentation, especially in classroom use.

What am I supposed to enter in the Zoho CRM field in Forms?
I thought that if I added the Zoho CRM field in Forms and tied it to a module in my CRM that it would allow me to do a look-up in CRM and fill that field. Currently, when I use the form and I try to enter an account name, i get the error message "Select a choice for this field." What does that mean? What am I supposed to put in there. I would like for the for this form to update a record in CRM, not create a new one.

Printing between times of the day
I would like to be able to print a calendar for a given time period, say 9am-6pm when you are at work? Quite surprised Google Calendar doesnt do this either. I suspect ZOHO are being lazy and waiting for another calendar integrator to do it. Anyone know of a calendar APP that zoho links to that can print between times of the day.

Issue creating new users in Zoho Mail Control Panel
Hello, having an issue when i create a new users in Control Panel, there is an error message saying that The password special characters doesn't have the correct length. I have tried with many differents passwords and the form send to me the same message, so i can't create new user with his new email. I am not sure if this question has been asked before but i have a table with 4 columns, Trip Name, Fee, Booked Date and Closing date. Trip Name and Fee are quite obvious. Booked date is the date the trip is booked and closing month is the the time when the Trip File is closed (as in after the trip is completed). "Cannot connect to outgoing mail server" - started this morning
Starting earlier today our workstations are not able to send/receive email through our Zoho mail accounts. Outlook gives us an error stating "Cannot connect to outgoing mail server". No other network issues appear to be occurring for us and it was working earlier until about 3 hours ago. I have received reports from a friend also using your service in this area that they also are having connection problems. Are there any known network issues happening to your mail servers?

Zoho Mail is no longer reliable enough for my business
Over the past few months there have been so many mail issues. All of which I have had to discover, or my clients have discovered and tell me that my mail isn't working. I have customers sending me mail now to my personal mail address because of these problems. Today I have customers saying they are getting bounce backs saying my email address does not exist on the mail server. On my end it looks like everything is working, I can log in, send mail, etc. Meanwhile, There is no website that Zoho provides

I have three modules that i want to link together. I have Contacts Brokers and Broker Locations Currently contacts are linked to a broker location which is associated to a broker parent (each broker can have multiple locations and each location multiple contacts). My Sales team needs to be able to see broker contacts by location, and would like to also be able to see under the broker the list of all the broker contacts. - Ideally they will add the contact to the location and it will auto populate
