Hi, I accidentally deleted some very important campaigns on this page - https://campaigns.zoho.com/campaigns/home.do#emailcampaign/all. Is there a way to recover the deleted campaigns? If anyone knows please let me know ASAP. Regards, William

Notebook performance issues
Is anyone else having performance issues with notebook on a iPhone. I am new to notebook having switched from evernote. I migrated all of my info from evernote and am now learning how to use notebook. I have had to reload the app on my iPhone 6 5 times in order to update my info. Every time that I start the app it is trying to update and it just keeps going and freezes up. I have 118 notebooks over 1900 notes. The iPad and the online version as well as the mac version seem to work fine its just

I migrated 1900 notes from evernote. It doesn't say how many notes notebook will handle or a specific amount of data and no where to check. Am I over my limit or is it still good to function properly with no perfomance issues when using.
Access notebook when not on line
Can you access your data in notebook when not on wifi or data on your phone. Is the data stored local on your phone or is it trying to access back to the server online. I am having troubles accessing it and it seems that on my iphone 6 that when I go to the app it freezes and doesn't let me do anything. I guess a couple of things.
Cannot log into Zoho after skipping during setup
I am trying out Notebook. I skipped the login/account setup during the initial launch of Zoho Notebook. Now that I'm using it, I would like to log into my newly created Zoho account. There does not seem to be any way to do this on the iOS app. Please advise.

Is it possible to have it so everyone in our organization is automatically following each other by default? Seems laborious to have to ask everyone to find and then follow everyone else in order to make sure that we all see each others' posts. When a new user joins connect for the first time they arent following anyone. Howare they supposed to be "connect"ed?

I lost some of my notebooks after re installing the app.
before reseting my android, i sync my zoho notebook app data three times to make sure. after reset, i reinstall the app, and after signing in a lot of notes were gone.. so many important notes were not there.. i was so disappointed because i love this app.. please tell me how can i retrieve my lost notes. the two notebooks which i lost were named as, "My Tasks" and "My Important Dates". thankyou

I spent a lot of time migrating from Evernote and now several of my notebooks are missing. I believe that is because I had one PC with only a few notebooks and another one with more notebooks. Can I recover all my notebooks?

3rd party email clients not working after SPF and DKIM setup
I have configured my SPF and DKIM settings for my account on the DNS settings at GoDaddy, and verified the DKIM on dkimcore.org. I have used the shortened version of the public key, "zoho._domainkey" per the instructions. After verifying everything, all my email clients ( Outlook, MailBird, and Bluemail ) had error messages. Dropdown list input.FIELD gives an error when I try to parse it.
I have a dropdown list. I populate it with a LOT number + ~ + Date of the lot. ie: '123456 ~ 09/05/2018' This works because I can see the lot and date. If I used a lookup field it only showed the lot number and no date. The problem I have is when I save the form, in my onSuccess script I have the following code { ... lot = input.LOT; l = lot.startsWith('~'); ... } the line with the startsWith gives an error Mismatch data type for function startsWith at argument index 1 expected data type [TEXT]

Ticket Peek Search Bar VERY ANNOYING
We love using the "Ticket Peek" function although still in beta. The worst part of it is the search function on the left of the panel. Every time we opened a peek panel and want to type a reply to a customer, the cursor will automatically jump to the search. Please DISABLE SEARCH or fix this so that search is an option and would not interfere with message replying. thanks.
Limiting Date input
Salutations! Is there a way to limit the days that people can enter, so they can only choose dates that are more than 2 days out? We need a 2-3 day lead time for orders, so we don't want users being able to select today, tomorrow, or the next day on the form (ie. current date +2). Hello all, I need some advice on filling in the telephone number with contacts and company. For example a company has one central telephonenumber -let's say 123 456 789- where the total company and it's contacts are reachable. Would you also add the telephonenumber 123 456 789 as the number of the contacts or would you leave that empty? Actually - the same question goed for emailadresses. Company mail adres - info@company.com. For example two employees who also use info@company.com as their mailadres.

Sharing of folders with others
I have created a shared folder and shared it with others in my Zoho organisation. Also Zoho Docs Desktop installed. I can copy and move files into the Shared Windows folders but other users can not do that. They can only upload files and folders when they login into Zoho Docs website. How do you allow other users to copy and move files and folders into my Shared Folders in Windows with Zoho Docs Desktop? Do I need to change some settings?

Hello all, Is it possible to add a custom field to the customer record that automaticly counts all check-ins? For example: Customer/Company A has to be visitied by our sales-reps 6 times every year. Zdoc not compatiible
Hi, I realized that when I attached a file from my Zoho Docs and one of my employees opens it, it does not open as a .doc instead it when we attempt to open it it says it is not supported because it is a zdoc. This is making it very difficult to share files with my team.

Catchall Not Working Like It Used To
Hey Guys, So today I ran into an issue I've never seen before. I purchased a new domain, and set it up as an add-on to my account as per usual. Everything is set up correctly, and working fine, but when I try to add a catchall I'm not being given the option to choose an email address that's NOT my primary domain email. Typically I was able to set up a domain, then go to catchall, and set it for pete@thedomain.com, this time, I can only choose from pete@primarydomain.com. Attempting to add it manually
