Not receiving emails
Hello, I have configured a Zoho email account for the domain sydblockchaincentre.com and I can send emails but am not receiving any emails in Zoho account. I have also added MX records pointing to Zoho mail in my domain control panel, but in my account, it still shows I haven't. Can I please let me know what could be the issues? Thank You
Collaborating with free-lancers on a "solo-preneur" account, referral deal.
One of my disappointments with ZOHO-One is the inability to collaborate on the apps when you have a "solo-preneur" account (while it seems that ZOHO specifically targets solo-preneurs in their marketing!). This makes the entire suite less useful than it could be(!). I have a suggestion: I have a lot of free-lancers, colleges and people I work and collaborate with on a regular basis. Hi, I would like to use the API to retrieve the campaigns created. I have already been able to retrieve the accounts and contacts using the index but I am not sure how I should do for the campaign. How to mail merge pdf attach to workflow
Who could help me to find solution. I have to create mail merge document in PDF, attach it to email and send this document. Are there any ways of doing it? New user invites not recieved
Hello, I am unable to add new users as the invites are not being received by the new user. We checked the spam of the new user email. We also tried a different email but the invites do not go out and so not able to add any new users. Can you please help?

Error when trying to open a File with Local Zoho Docs

As the title implies I'm getting the following error when I try to open up a file "locally" using the Zoho Docs Desk app, specifically an excel file that was converted to Zoho Sheet format. Automatic Case Creation From Records In A Custom Module
HI All, I want to automate Case Creation and Closure from activities in a custom module. I can set up the workflow easy enough my issue is the deluge scripting - it's outside of my experience. (which is limited). For example Based on a criteria i.e Deployment = "Problem" I then want to automate the creation of a case. This case will need to associate with the custom record ID. Then in order to close the loop, I want to then update the case from Closed to then send a new value in the Deployment
Checking for existing emails in a Zoho Campaign prior to calling integration
Hi gang, The current Zoho Campaign integration for Flow only supports "Add Contact." (As opposed to Update or Add Contact) Most of the time that is fine. However, if the contact already exists in the Campaign List, the flow will return an error. That is proving to be a problem for one of my flows. I am looking for a way check to see if the person is already on the Zoho Campaign list (by looking up their email). If they are on the list, then I will not continue the flow to call the "Add Contact"

How to email a credit note via API with default email template?
Hello, I send credit notes via API using https://www.zoho.eu/invoice/api/v3/#Credit_Notes_Email_a_credit_note but without JSONString. It sends a credit note to default contact email and uses a default email template. Now I have to use JSONString because of the need to email credit notes to specific email addresses. It requires to set subject and body. But that body replaces the default email template. Is it possible to send a credit note to specific email address using the default email template?

I need to create a custom report, that I can embed on an html page. The scenario is this: Table 1 (generated by form 1) has a few multi-select fields. Table 2 (generated by form 2) has individual fields with the same choices of values available in the multi-select fields in Table 1 I'd like to generate a filtered report of Table 2 based on the criteria present in the multi-select field(s) of Table 1. I am useing Asterisk and zoho crm. now I configed the authtoken key ,and the Asterisk server details . And I click the phonenumber my extensitons rings, when I pick up,it can call out to the dialed number, but the zoho web page show unable to make a call to xxxx（‘dialed number’）. When I change the trunk name to the dialed number. it's runing will,no errors. So who can help me to reslove this problem? Thanks a lot.

How to enable convert option for non administrator user
Hi, I'm facing a challenge while giving permission for convert option for non administrative profiles. I have some custom modules, in that some custom convert functions are there.(Operation: if any one click the convert button, that perticular record will move to another custom module). And I have four active user's including a administrator. Here the problem is other then administrator user coudn't perform this convert action. So that I have tried to give permission in module permissions.
