Things that used to work no longer do
I suppose I am just venting, but I am furious and need to blow off some steam. I spend several months last spring developing an app for the next school year. Debugged it and it all worked fine last May. Now that the school year is starting I have found three things that used to work fine that no longer do. They are Zoho bugs, not my code. - A from is configured to redirect to another form when done. Works fine in a web browser. iPad app says can't open url. This used to work just fine. Why
Unable to receive emails even after configuring mx records
Hi , I am unable to receive emails even after configuring MX records. It was working well before and stopped working after June 2018. The response was: 550 The mail server could not deliver mail to parsu.vijay@pmexpertise.com. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.
Email list in Zoho
Hi I wish to create am email list, so i can put, say EmailList in the To: box, and it will send to about 50 email addresses i have associated with EmailList. I see Contacts can only have 5 email addresses. It seems i could make a Group, but as far as i can see i would have to invite the 50 people to join this group, which they might be suspicious of. And i am not clear if this would mean they could see the other addresses in the Group, and email to them, which would nt be appropriate. In Gmail

Simple Agent Notifications for Assigned tickets
Good morning. I'm trying to set up some simple notifications to help our agents self-manage their tickets. They are not routinely using Zoho Desk, which means tickets can sometimes get left or forgotten about. I've tried setting a few things up, but I always seem to be battling against the limitations of the system, most usually the 'Business Hours' as I don't want to send lots of emails when the agents are not working, but I do want a notification next time they are working. Spam from my own domain
I'm receiving an excessive amount of spam 1000+ messages a day. They are all supposedly coming from my domain name, but I'm the only user so I'm confident it's not the case. The emails are usually myname1@mydomain.com, myname2@mydomain.com etc etc. Zoho is doing a great job at filtering over 99% into my Spam folder, but I wondered if there was a way of permanently deleting any emails that come from my domain, except for known mailboxes. I only have about 6 addresses I actually use so could add this

Individual Mails to contacts that are added to an event
Hi, would be great help to have the following option: add contacts to an event as a "participant" without sending an email to them automatically. Then having the oportunity to send an email to them with out our the email templates to send relevant information to the participants at a (maybe also scheduled) point of time. At the moment participants of an event can only be "invited" when you add them to the event, but no kind of "customized" email notification is possible... That would be a big help
Lead conversion form with Potential
Hi, When you convert a Lead to a Contact with an associated Account and create a Potential is there a way of adding the Probability percentage relating to the Potential at the time of conversion as opposed to modifying the Potential when it has been created. Email delivery status not working
Dear CRM Team, This week, the email delivery status didn't work for emails sent from Zoho CRM, using POP3. I have tried several POP emails (gmail, hotmail, gmail work email) and different receiving emails, but none of them worked. Even though these emails have been clicked and opened, the email delivery status in CRM always showed "sent" or "received", which was supposed to be "opened". Due Date Popup to navigate to a date/time relative to what was set in the Start Date
It's slightly frustrating when creating new tasks. It would be good if the Due Date popup screen would navigate relative to what was selected in the Start Date. In the example below, I have selected 15th/Sep as the start date. When I click on the Due Date, the popup screen navigates to todays date instead of fast forwarding to the 15th/Sep (which I think would make more sense IMO) Example
Can't add users to projects
I have done it hundreds of time but it suddenly stopped working. Adding a user to a project. Normally click users then 'add users' and start typing the person's name in the contextual dialogue box. It fills in the name for me. But now it's doesn't recognize any users. I have tried on existing projects and the same problem exists. Zoho Projects is as good as dead. I need this fixed ASAP. thanks

Can you please add to one of the many drop down boxes the ability to add a quick note or a file? Rather than opening the file and scrolling down to the notes or the docs and adding there. I know I can add from the viewer screen but it's just as many steps... Thank you!
Reducing Padding in Sections
Is there a way to reduce the amount of space around elements in sections in the new UI (see attached photo for an example)? As is, there's far too much empty space and it looks lousy. Edit: I figured it out! Simply click on a Section, go to the CSS tab, enter a name for the element such as "box", and click "Open Custom CSS Editor". Bounced Emails Are Not Being Flagged & Auto Opt-Out
I wonder if anyone else is having this problem. It is destroying my marketing business because I don't want to send emails out when it will not automatically keep my lists "clean" by flagging a bounced email and automatically opting them out like it is supposed to.
