Big data in Zoho Creator
Can Zoho Creator support a very large database? Like 5 millions records being added each year would the app work efficiently? What about concurrent users, can it support 1,000 users at the same time?
Event notification issue
Every time I edit an event it emails everyone invited to that event. However mostly I am just doing admin updates and so don't want the invitees to be emailed. How do I stop these emails being sent so not to confuse the participants?

Hi guys, I made an automatism that send an email (by Campaign) to lead that use chat and in this email I say "bla...bla....bla.....do you want subscribe to our beautiful newsletter?" Is a question so customer can don't replay (in this case lead is remove from list) or replay and write YES. In this case I want add to this lead a TAG that works as trigger for a sequence of email but I don't understand well how to made this. can somebody drive me to make this? Wordpress emails being blocked
My site is secondkeys.com I have been using the form since June and receiving emails from the wordpress community (sent to junk). Since the end of July, for some reason there emails have stopped coming in. The form is working find. Even the mailchimp emails have stopped coming in. What is going on.

Dear Zoho! Yesterday, I registered successful Zoho Mail with domain 7ship.com using the account khanh3t@gmail.com However today, I can't login Zoho Mail, system message "email not exist". But the domain 7ship.com still be written get in the system and me not registered back new account with this domain. How to restore account administrator domain names 7ship.com? At this time, I just registered new account with email khanh3t@gmail.com but account has been disabled. Why?

I've been getting a lot of comments from SPAM bots on my site's blog for the last few months or so. It seems like it's getting worst and worse. Is there a possibly of adding some anti-spam features in the future like a captcha?
How can users see a ticket MOVED to a different department without being a member of that department?
Our Engineering department doesn't want the rest of the company to be able to assign tickets directly to anyone in their group. In order to stop that, we created Engineering as its own department. Now however when we move tickets from Support to Engineering, we lose visibility to track the progress and we have no way to keep the customers informed. Is there a way for Support to search tickets assigned to a different department without being a member of that department?
tickets keep splitting into new tickets when someone replies on it
anyone know how to stop this? my tickets started splitting a week or two ago when users on the ticket reply. example (screenshot attached): #3044 is the original. Shannan and a team alias are on that ticket. Talia responds to the ticket (she's on the team alias) and the ticket splits out into a new one #3060, rather than adding to the thread of #3044. I can't seem to figure out what setting needs to be toggled to in order for all conversation to be on one ticket like it used to be. thank you in

Re: Email Unblock / Not Sending
We are having issues with one of our email accounts (ex........@og......com), when sending mails it gives an error and says that account needs to be unblocked. I have logged in online and gone to trouble shooting and there are no accounts listed in Unblock section. I have read that this could be due to many emails being sent from this address, however this is impossible, as max is 20 today. What is the issue with this?

Zoho mail account is disabled and incoming email not working

Missing Badges with integrated Finance module in ZOHO CRM
At all other modules (e.g. e-mails, contacts, activites) you can see a little badge with the number of items which are contained in the respective module. This is not the case after integrating ZOHO Finance. I would like to see at one glance if there are any estimates, sales orders or invoices connected with my companies or contacts. Any plans?

Unable to Link Invoices with Sales Orders using 'Invoices' API
Hi, I am trying to link an Invoice with a Sales Order using the 'Invoice' API. However, I have successfully added the Invoice in ZOHO CRM, with the referenece of the Sales Order. But, the order status is still in 'Created' state. According to business logic, when a Sales Order is invoiced the, order status will be changed to 'Delivered'. Actually, I want to 'Convert' a Sales Order to Invoice using the API. Is there any way by which I can perform this operation? Please let me know. Best, Souvik
More than 100 users, less than unlimited
I need a plan that supports 300 user accounts. I don't need the unlimited plan and the 100 user account plan is, by far, not enough. I have tried contacting Zoho support and sales for help on this but have not heard anything back. I was told that I could purchase 300 users under one account for $960x3 (this includes yearly discount), at a total of $2,880 per year. I need to know how to make this happen, as well as if purchasing 300 users under a single account will also provide 3x the storage capacity.
