Problem importing date column from Excel
What is the best way to format a date column in Excel for importing to Zoho Reports so that it is imported as a date and not a plain text. I format the column in Excel [date and chosse one like dd/mm/yyyy] But it will only import it as plain text. When I set the date format in Reports Import sequence it imports with errors. Any hints on the best way to import dates from Excel sheets so that it is stored as a date in Reports. Thanks Mark

Getrecords and sort order on more than one field
In the getrecords function I can optionally specify the sort by field. Is it possible to sort the records on more the one field (e.g. zip code + city?). If so how? It looks like the function accept just one field. Regards

Hi All I have a arranged for a developer - initial contact through Fiverr - to do some work on my CRM+, (I need property addresses available to search and link my property info, Using the government public source site & provided links). I have made a part payment upfront. I have added him as an admin with his own login, He has told me he is working on the new additions, however I can not see anything in the "Audit Log" of him making any changes or additions to the system so far. Email Integration Best Practices
Is there a document somewhere that details all the different methods of integrating email into Zoho CRM and the pros and cons of each (IMAO, POP etc)? Is there a recommended best practice/method for someone using G Suite? Currently we are set up using IMAP but it's my understanding that using this method is someone leaves and their g suite account gets deleted all the email would also disappear from Zoho. That doesn't seem good :-). However I assume that POP integration may be worse? Any advice is
